Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our reunion couldn’t have been better and staying at Silver Sands definitely helped make it so. The house exceeded our expectations. Four women each having their own bathroom, comfortable sleeping accommodations and so many lovely gathering area in the home and outdoors where we could visit each other. Each room was inviting and so comfy. There were plenty of eating areas too again both indoors and outdoors. This was our first time staying at Silver Sands and hopefully not our last. Only 4 of us could reunite and maybe 6 next time. Love, love, love this beach rental. You will too.

The house was bright and cheerful with all the amenities to make it feel like home. We enjoyed eating on the back patio, the use of the grill, and late night S'mores. The front porch is a great place to curl up with a book and a cup of coffee. We really liked the proximity to the beach!

Resort property and amenities were wonderful. Only issues we had at our house Silver Sands is that the front gate latch was broken which was a problem because we had our 2 year old that loved to play in the front yard. The grill was also broken so meals we planned didn’t turn out because the grill wasn’t working. Overall still very happy with our week at Beachwalk.

Our cottage was centrally located with a short walk to the beautiful beach, another short walk to the pool and the amenities changed almost daily! We would love to continue a family tradition with a summer getaway. This cottage was perfect and met all of our needs. For the most part the cottage was clean with the exception of big stains on several of the carpets and the decorative placemats had food encrusted in them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious house with bedroom/bathroom on 1st floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs each with new bathrooms. We used the grill on the back porch and ate outside. We used the wagon and walked to the beach. We had trouble figuring out how to lock the front door, Dustin came and showed us how to lift the handle while locking, he also fixed the garbage disposal by pressing the reset button. Very nice front porch and had S'mores in the fire pit out front. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood listening to the choir of women singing in the house across the street! Had a little trouble getting the code for the side door but finally got it 20 minutes after our early checkin time. Very responsive to our call for service (garbage disposal and front door lock).
