We enjoyed a great week in Key Colony Beach! The house is spacious and having our own pool was great for the kids. We also enjoyed the Cabana Club.

Great canal property in great neighborhood
This property has been well maintained and has all the items you need to have a great stay. Our family enjoyed the pool and fishing in the canal. We had visits from manatee each day and spotted sting ray as well. It such a relaxing place to stay.

Very nice neighborhood
Home was in a nice peaceful neighborhood. Great for biking or walking. Home was a perfect size for 6 people. Pool was a great addition. Looks like there needed to another lounge chair as they had two cushions on top of another but when I removed one of them the one below had a rip so not sure. The house did need more cooking items like pots and cooking utensils. Also would recommend a garage door opener for tenants to have. Didn’t care for the Cabana Beach club. Has too many rules on what you can bring in. I couldn’t even bring in my water bottle. Also beach was super small.. Bar and food were good there, Definitely enjoyed my time at the house and the location. Will consider to rent in Key Colony in the future.

This property is lovely, with a fabulous pool to cool off in. It is a duplex but we could not hear the family with small kids unless they were outside playing in the pool and we were out there too.
The only downside was that the beach at the cabana club was very small, but larger beaches are within a 5 to 15 min drive depending on your preference.
I also want to give a shout out to the property management. They were both responsive and super nice to work with. Would definitely rent this property and/or from this team again!

The house was in a great location - close to restaurants and the golf course and we all enjoyed the cabana club. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. We would certainly rent this again if we return to Key Colony Beach!

We did however enjoy our stay the property is close to everything but private, the Manatees visited everyday, the weather was superb and the pool was an added bonus - we spent alot of our time sitting on the dock, sunrise in the morning and the front yard you can see the sunset. Very close to 2 dining establishments and Sunset Park!!!

The manatees visiting us at our dock every evening was the family favorite! Simply turn on the water hose, point it into the canal and wait for the manatees to come by for a drink. Marathon is the perfect location to stay because it’s 1 hour to Key West and 1 hour to Key Largo and there’s so much to do around it. The house sits in a canal in Key Colony Beach which was a unique and quiet location and had 3 bedrooms to accommodate us all. It was great to have our own kitchen (Publix and Winn Dixie are nearby) and 2 bathrooms plus a washer and dryer. But the best thing of all was the fantastic pool right out the back door and on the canal. If we ever come back to the Keys we will definitely stay here again.

Marathon is the perfect location to stay because it’s 1 hour to Key West and 1 hour to Key Largo and there’s so much to do around it. The house sits in a canal in Key Colony Beach which was a unique and quiet location and had 3 bedrooms to accommodate us all. It was great to have our own kitchen (Publix and Winn Dixie are nearby) and 2 bathrooms plus a washer and dryer. But the best thing of all was the fantastic pool right out the back door and on the canal. If we ever come back to the Keys we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home in Key Colony
We love the Key Colony area as this is our 5th vacation staying here. This is a beautiful home, it was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week in the keys. This was our first time staying on this side, and I must say I like the other side better. Mainly due to having to come all the way through Vaca Cut and back around the Atlantic ocean side to get to the back of the home to dock the boat. Also because the house is on the causeway you can't park your boat trailer, which was inconvenient and the additional $50 to park it in the city lot.
Leslie and her staff were very nice and helpful. We had a pool issue when we first checked in and it was addressed immediately and then the coffee maker died and they delivered a new within a few hours. We will be booking again with Leslie for our future Florida Keys vacations.

Key colony in Marathon
We had a wonderful time! We loved the house and having the private pool was so wonderful! We loved seeing the manatee come up to the dock. We did not complain but there were two less televisions than we thought & no wash cloths. We also thought we’d have to buy beach towels when we arrived but there were plenty so that was a nice surprise! I would be happy to stay here again! The kitchen was huge and well stocked. The unit was spacious and we loved the layout! We had so much fun!
