The apartment was cozy and spacious. Everything at your convenience from the utensils to shops and restaurants. If we are to revisit Rhode Island, we will choose this apartment easily.

Very nice space. Didn't expect being on the third floor. Kind of tough if your over 70. Pictures on line accurate.

This was a great place for our family of 4. It's in a quiet town close to the harbor. Nice size kitchen and living room. We'd recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay.

We rented this 2 (huge) bedroom apartment for its proximity to downtown Bristol, the harbor, walking distance to restaurants. It was perfect. Everything we needed. Off-street parking was a plus. It was hot when we stayed so the central air conditioning was sweet. Everything is updated - the bathroom is huge. Our host was accessible and there if we need anything. The apartment is in a historic house which made our stay memorable. Our favorite place to eat was Leo's, just a few minute walk. A quiet neighborhood - perfect for early morning walks. At least 3 coffee places to stop at while out walking too.

We had a great stay in Bristol. The location is perfect for walking around and there is a bike rental shop nearby if you want to check out the bike path. We would love to stay again sometime.

this is the second time we have rented this apartment. It is lovely and comfortable, and the location in downtown Bristol near the water is fantastic.

Wy wife and I were visiting friends in Bristol and attending the "Frosty Bash" at the Herreshoff Museum. We wanted to be in town and close to the water. This met all of our criteria. Walking distance to all restaurant's, shops, etc., as well the waterfront. The property itself is large, with full kitchen, two bedrooms and living room. All tastefully done and very comfortable. Host was very friendly and access was easy. All in all, we had had a great time visiting Bristol, which included our stay at this VRBO.

Location is great! This 3rd floor apartment is right across from the water and a small kids park (bonus for us!) we walked to dinner a block away to Aidens Pub. If it weren’t for the rain we would have walked to more shops down the road. It’s great this comes with a spot or 2 for driveway parking. As long as you don’t mind going up the flights of stairs it’s a perfect spot. The place itself was clean, well stocked, and I loved the kitchen is open to the living room only divided by a breakfast nook. Had everything we needed like stove, fridge, tv with YouTubeTv & Netflix (our own login). I definitely recommend this place at 5 stars. The only comments I’d like to make for future travelers is if you are a light sleeper in the morning- bring something to cover the windows because the curtains are not light blocking. We hung some blankets and towels over them so we (and our toddler) could sleep in a little. Such a good stay and nice owners!

The property was in a perfect spot. Close to downtown and the waterfront. Private off street parking. Christy and Dean were amazing, even helped with out bags. It is up a couple of flights of stairs, so maybe not mobility friendly. It was cozy and comfy, would definitely stay again.

2 bedroom "apartment" on third floor walk-up of beautiful, antique home with views of the water/ferry dock. Located within easy walking distance to many, many restaurants, bars, Colt State Park, and the bike path. Bristol is beautiful - many old homes, lots to do, and great walking. Comfortable beds, quiet, responsive/easy-going hosts, easy parking, great location; Some minor suggestions: TV is very small; kitchenware (pots and pans) a little worn out and could use some more pans/bread knife - (this won't matter as much if you don't plan to cook. We were there for a month and did end up cooking quite a bit); a clothes dresser or two would be great. Overall - a great place to stay! Thanks!

This apartment is very old but super clean very quiet, private, well heated (it’s cold outside), freshly painted, nicely furnished. It is a three story walk-up but we are ok with that…keeps us young.

Location is perfect, on the harbor and a short walk to all that Bristol has to offer. The apartment is very comfortable and bright. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. Prospective guests should be aware that there is a climb to the third floor and with the property being a historic house, there is no dishwasher and only a small TV; however, none of that took away from our very enjoyable stay. The bathroom is spacious and the heating system was excellent. Highly recommended - we will be back!

Christy was lovely to deal with, excellent communication and property was just as described. Immaculately clean, and wonderful in town location. Walk to Aidan’s, Coffee house and breakfast at The Hope Diner -A true greasy spoon experience, and an Excellent Rhode Island style clam chowder. Close to the wedding venue at Mount Hope Farm. Easy drive to Newport. And thanks, Christy, for ordering in the perfect fall weekend weather!

We stayed in Bristol because of the closeness to the wedding venue that we were in town for. The rental property was neat and clean and met all our needs. Christy was helpful in making recommendations for restaurant options. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and interesting local shops. We enjoyed quiet time sitting across the street that overlooks the harbor. We look forward to going back there again.

Christy is a great host. She was very responsive and made the check in/out process easy. The apartment is so cute in a historic home, and the location was conveniently located to downtown Bristol. It was very clean, had water views, and the kitchen had most of the essentials. We would definitely stay there again the next time we plan a trip to Bristol!

There couldn’t be a better location if you’re looking to stay in Bristol Harbor area. We stayed the weekend for a wedding and we could walk over to restaurants and enjoy the beautiful view. The owner was great with communication and being accommodating (she let us drop off our bags early and let us know that we left a pair of shoes behind). That being said, it doesn’t have the best amenities (iron was broken, tv is tiny) or the nicest decor. There was also a dog barking a lot on a lower floor. Parking was limited to 2 vehicles. Overall, for the price, we were good with our 2 night rental since we were barely there but it’s definitely not a place to hang out comfortably and do anything indoors.

It was a great location and town. I would suggest a small dresser for each room. Otherwise very comfortable.
