Ski weekend with family. And this perfectly close to Sugar Mt and dining. The parking in lower lots with a shuttle back up to the condos is what it is. But it works smoothly, the staff do a good job regulating the coming and going. Also a nice bonus that we did not realize until we got there, is that there is a shuttle from the resort to the ski slopes. So we got to bypass the parking mess that seems to be always there at Sugar Mt on the weekends. Would definitely stay again.

The place was beautiful, people were nice, and even the shuttle bus was not a single problem. However, I expected to be able to ski in/ ski out as it states in the amenities. The wifi did not work, there was constant banging and clanging from the duct work exhaust for the fireplace. When I spoke with the owner he told me he would refund us for the days we had remaining as long as we checked out. As it was 12:15ish, maybe 12:30pm he was not willing to offer that day's amount in the refund. He stated the ad did not say "ski in/ski out", but also notified us there is a small cut through type way to get from right behind the guard shack that was well over 100-150yds from the C parking lot. If you ski or snowboard, you know that is quite a way to carry your gear. For those who have never done either, I apologize to all newbies, but none of us were coordinated enough to carry all of it well and walk such a distance.

The staff was nice. Enjoyed the visit. Not super clean. TVs we’re not user friendly. Listed said laundry if 3+ nights, but turned out to be a pay laundry located within building. Failed to mention there was construction to the unit going on during our stay and there would be workers servicing the unit during our stay.

Patio furniture in living room, tv in master unable to work, no wine glasses, silverware place settings for 3 only quality poor.

This is an amazing property. We were on the 8th floor and the view was amazing. Mountains as far as you could see. Grandfather's mountain was right in front of us and you could see the swinging bridge with binoculars or telescope. My son is 17 and he fell in love with it. He is begging me to move there. I will definitely come back.

You can’t rent another condo any higher than this one. Check in, and using all of the facility features was exceptionally smooth.

The condo was cozy. Location was insane. Loved how you could walk down to the ski lifts. Views were beautiful

We went for a bachelorette party weekend, and it was super convenient to Boone for the nights we went out! The owner, hotel management & staff were really welcoming & accommodating! Totally will stay here again in the future, & hoping to bring my parents up for a weekend soon! Thanks Bill for letting us stay & giving us tips!

Beautiful views from this 8th floor condo sitting at 5000' above sea level. Indoor heated pool, hot tub, steam room and gym are a great addition. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. We hiked, white water kayaked and took in 2 movies at Boone theater. Bill(owner), was always there to answer questions with a simple message through VRBO site. Highly recommend!

All the comforts of home at a great price! Only thing we didn't like was having to ride a shuttle everytime we went out but they always picked us up quickly and were nice folks.

My family and I had a great week. We love staying at Sugar Too. The condo was just as it was described. The view is spectacular. The owner always responded very quickly and was very accommodating by letting us check in a little early. The only issue was the mattresses are not very comfortable and probably should be replaced. Thanks Bill for letting us stay in your condo.

Overall great experience. Nice lodging pictures are accurate. It's updated nicely but furniture is old and beds and couch are not comfortable. otherwise very nice. Cleaning person left us half dried bath towels but everything was clean and provided enough linens for stay.. we would go again. We didn't have to wait long for shuttle to car. Views are great!
