Wunderschön, neu im Jahr 2005, 3-Zimmer-Ferienhaus 200 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Dieses Ferienhaus ist nichts, was Sie auf Cape Cod gemietet haben. Diese private Residenz wurde von ihren Besitzern für ihren Gebrauch und Genuss völlig neu aufgebaut. Die Eigentümer, die Luxusimmobilien für den Lebensunterhalt entwerfen, bauen und präsentieren, haben dieses luxuriöse Strandhaus entworfen, in dem sie die Sonne genießen und stilvoll surfen können. Das Cottage verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem mit Gas beleuchteten Kamin, einem an der Wand befestigten Plasma-TV mit DVD-Player und viel Stauraum. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein eingebautes Büro und viel Stauraum. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten (beide unteren Etagenbetten sind Doppelbetten). Das Zimmer verfügt auch über ein Loft und reichlich Stauraum. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Kathedrale und ist hell erleuchtet. Es verfügt über ein Doppelwaschbecken mit Granitoberflächen, eine 36-Zoll-Dusche und eine komplette Waschküche. Die Küche und das Familienzimmer bilden einen offenen, von Himmel beleuchteten Raum. Die Küche ist komplett mit Edelstahlgeräten ausgestattet.

A group of 6 mom's stayed in this lovely home in October. The home is very well appointed, with all the amenities you can think of! The owner was flexible with check in and check out. A great spot for families and adults looking for quiet relaxation.

My family and I just rented this wonderful property for one week. I have two small children and the location was perfect. It is very close to the beach for going back and forth if needed. The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I was most appreciative of the central air as it was a very hot week on the cape. The hot tub was really a treat for us. We have already booked it again for next year. My only negative and it really wasn't a big deal is that you can only fit 3 cars in the driveway. Again no issue for us but you should know that if you have two families or anyone over. I highly recommend this property!

In June 2012, my family has the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for a few nights. It was a perfect beach rental. It was very clean (my #1 priority in a rental) and updated (kitchens and bath were newly renovated), very close to a great kid-friendly beach (walk down a short path and you are on the sand), close to great restaurants and the cute town of Dennis Village, and in a quiet, private neighborhood. The backyard is amazing - very private with a hot tub, beautiful large deck, and a great fire pit where we made s'mores at night. The home is very comfortable and had it all. We would definitely stay at this home again and recommend it to friends!

I have been coming to this area for 40 years and have stayed in luxury homes to rustic cottages owned by relatives. This property surpassed all expectations and previous stays (despite off season) There will be no property found in Dennis/Northside that gives you the amenities (a/c (not needed now but available in season), outdoor shower, hot tub, firepit area, indoor fireplaces, close proximity to private beach, privacy, and close proximity to both Gina's and Chapins restaurants) You will not find this no matter how long you search! The interior design is amazing and property owners attention to detail in this remodel is apparent throughout! And I don't see this cleanliness and bed linen quality and comfort in many 4 and 5 star hotels I have stayed in!!!! Will be back.......OFTEN! ;)

We had 7 adults and one small child and although it may sound tight at 1200 sf, with the outdoor spaces the house offers it was very pleasant. Short walk to the beach was key and allows you to come and go for lunches, bathroom breaks or quick naps as needed. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will keep this as an option should we revisit the Cape.

this place was great! if you are looking for a clean, sunny cottage-type house with modern amenities close to the beach, this is perfect. We came here with our kids and they loved the huge yard, outdoor firepit (perfect as well as the fireplaces for the cool Sept nights!) and 2 minute walk to beach. The beach on low tide is enormous and very private. The skylights, modern kitchen and bath were beautiful. highly recommended for family, a few couples or romantic getaway.
