The staff was super nice

It was small

For me, this was a simple overnight sleeping stop on a northbound trip. The location was convenient, and the price very inexpensive. The facilities were old and a bit tired, but the room was clean, the beds clean and comfortable, the shower hot and the water pressure good. The HVAC worked with only the normal compressor and fan noise, with no rattles, squeaks, or such to disturb one. Sleeping was good, and the staff friendly. There were some fast food restaurants within easy driving distance, and a Shoney's about 8 minutes northbound with an outstanding breakfast buffet. In short, the facility was exactly what I wanted. I will stay here again.

It was very close to the venue

There was a mix up at check-in. Gentleman at desk said he had me down for single bed and was going to charge me 20 more dollars for double beds. I had pulled up my email and showed him I had double beds. He honored the room with no extra charge. There was a sewer smell that got strong through out the stay. Mattress needed updated and pillows/

It was a place to stay the night.

When I arrived the office was closed and nobody to let me in. Someone showed up about 15 min later to let me in. In addition, the room next to mine had several people sitting in their open doorway drinking and being loud pretty late.
