No room clean no change new tower , room very smile smoking,i required to change another room because my wife was allergies with cigarettes but was refused

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The lake and surrounding area were beautiful and inviting.

No room service during stay so had to keep asking for towels, no elevator for ease of baggage handling, the website also said there was a coffee maker in room and there was not

I really liked the service at the reception, as the girls who attended me were very polite and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, I loved the hotel, I had a great stay

Staff are very hospitable. The Inn and its surrounding is very clean and as quiet as the lake located behind the building. The location is feet away from Interstate 93 North and South, which is very important to highlight.

There is nothing I didn't like and will surely add it to my list of places to stay in the future. I give this Inn and the staff 5 stars and will recommend this place to friends and family.

the room was very dirty stains on the walls and carpet the door lock mechanism was broken we had to double chk for bugs because the room appeared dirty there was none but we checked any way stains on the bathroom door and walls mildew in the tub around the walls this was a very gross room and i will not stay here again

every thing but the lobby and staff lovby was great and staff was great rooms were terrible i will not stay here again very dirty rooms

Good location to visit Boston and Salem

They don’t clean the room if you stay more than one night, and we didn’t know it. The carpet is dirty and full of stain. It smells bad.

Of course there was no breakfast. We arrived around 9pm, the gentleman at the desk was rude. So put out when I asked for an extra blanket. The next morning we had a cockroach in our bathroom. Took a picture and they said we would have to write a letter. Surely we will

it was extremely dirty. stains all over the carpet, on the bed, and on the lamp shades. There was something wrong with our shower like mold or something in it and filled in patches. there was a hole in the bathroom door and parts of the walls were missing. We were only given 2 towels for 4 people and problems with getting extras. we were told excuses over and over again on why we couldn’t get more towels. save your money and go somewhere else.

Hmmm. I slept after a while on a slanting uneven bed. The original decor made me nostalgic for 1985.

I am starting a new review acronym: PADL (pronounced paddle) PROMISE ANYTHING - DELIVER LITTLE In the post - pandemic world, many hotels are still using their pre-covid ads to book customers who, upon arrival, find a disclaimer, to wit: "due to the fluid health situation, we are not offering certain features and services". That said, THIS is a PADL motel. One narrative still claims BREAKFAST plus COFFEE, MICROWAVE and FRIDGE in room. None of that is true. Coffee is not even available in the lobby.

Beds were comfortable and clean, it was a good stay.
