Great pool

Long wait for elevators

Great view from our room!

Had to sign out the hair dryer it should have been in the room. Need more information on check-in

The cleanliness and the pool and spa facilities.

No extra blankets. The parking was a bit frustrating. Other guests made it difficult.

Would love to come back next year the same week but I am understanding that you will be closing earlier next year

the staff seemed annoyed every time they had to do anything including answering a simple question

location and the room was clean. Breakfast in the cafe was delicious and Bree the waitress was incredible. prices were very steep.

the front desk staff was rude and incompetent. We booked an oceanfront room and ended up with another unit. when complained, was told there was no oceanfront vacancy. The heat and air conditioning didn’t work. The beds were far from comfortable. The photos of the property certainly didn’t look like the same online, as in person. Still trying to figure out how this property qualifies as a resort. It was a glorified motel and the cost far exceeded the amenities.

First night was freezing in room. We tried the heat switch on the wall but was told by the front desk they are a seasonal hotel and they don't have a heating system. As all they had on our beds were sheets they offered us a blanket. My teeth chattered all night. The next night there was heat on in the hotel. Upon stepping in the small bathroom the floor was tacky in front of toilet and shower stall floor was dirty and shower doors were full of soap scum. The fridge had been shut off and we had to wait for it to cool before putting my insulin into keep cool. The "ocean view" was only viewable by standing in one small corner of the balcony. Lastly the confirmation clearly showed we were to get a breakfast credit of $15 per person, per night. The person at the front desk said it was not a part of our stay. We had changed from the original date and it was shown on both confirmations. So it was on both Bookings .com and the hotels site.

Great location, large room, and loved the huge kitchen area.

The rooms were a bit dirty, especially the carpets. Our room was only picked up once and we stayed for 3 nights.

Hostess in cafe was so personable with every patron. Room was very clean, small but set up nicely. Beds, super comfortable. Pool was great.

Breakfast was only meal served 7am to noon. They changed departure time 1/2 earlier then expected. They had lots of vacancies for end of September, but did not let us in a room earlier, by an one or two.

no room service, they just changed the towels, we have to pay extra for swiming pool chairs, changed the price when we arrived and the staff are really really unprofessional

The staff was friendly the room was clean and the view from our balcony was very pleasant

The room was lovely. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the beach was fabulous. AA big thank you to Mike!

Our suite was spacious.

The staff was nice but I had to ask questions about the normal stuff that a hotel staff would tell you…. where to go, pool policies, WiFi password… and the list goes on.

None of the 3 elevators were working, got stuck many times on the 6th floor

The location

The staff was rude at times and we had to beg for towels. It was me and four children, they only had 2 towels in the room. We were given a hard time when asked for more towels and only provided 5 extra. the towels were small so I asked for more, thinking two towels a person and I was told no that should be enough. The carpet room floors also did not look vacuumed and we found used wrappers on the floor.

I did not have a meal plan and never did get my free drink at check in- also my hisband lost his pool bracelet in the ocean and we were charged additional for a new one- finally no soap in the room to bathe or wash my face- there was a coffee maker but cofee and cups were extra- and finally i had to call the front desk to request and pickup a hairdryer- otherwise view was great!
