Nice pools

Location is great, facility is clean and pool area is fantastic.

Rooms and especially bathrooms could use an upgrade the showerhead was really old. The parking is quite difficult as they have people with huge pickup trucks taking up 2 spaces so we were forced to park at a meter after coming back from the boardwalk at 11pm. The parking garage is very tight with little space to maneuver. Wish the pool was open later.

Location was good and staff was nice.

Wifi connection was terrible and they need to update room amenities like adding coffee makers and microwaves. And sorry that is standard in 95% of hotels so ALL rooms should have those basic amenities. As mentioned in other reviews, poor water pressure. Also should have a paid Wifi for business travelers. I needed to use my phone hotspot to log into work.

Hotel looks run down and outdated; hotel adjacent to the front lobby had kids in the pool for hours literally screaming; it was impossible to read or rest for several hours at a time; you cannot get a glass of wine at a restaurant in Wildwood Crest - this is ridiculous.

Great location to the beach. The pool was nice but was still showing signs of construction around the pool. You had to bring everything you needed for the kitchen aside from plates and glasses, such as salt pepper paper towels etc.

The restaurant attached was totally unprepared for guests. Went to have breakfast there and they seemed to be walking around like they had no clue what to do. People were seated coming to the hostess station to retrieve their own menu's and we were not even approached to be seated. We left and went to a local café.

The bed was comfy and the location was great

The rooms weren't quite clean, there were little black biting bugs at the pool, the attached restaurant was ridiculous( meals came out one at a time, 10 minutes apart. Staff didnt know their menu, one meal never came, )

I was very uncomfortable the room and bed were very outdated

The check in process was terrible, we check in way past suggested check in time. The room was fine & the pools were great. Elevators were tiny and always packed.

old and needs updating. I wouldnt walk barefoot on floor. Needs new rugs. Slider screen for Balcony off tracks loud music unil 2 am. Slow and small elevators laundry detergent smelled cheap and rest stop like. Dated room water damage not repaired.

garage ...parking spaces inside the garage were too close....very difficult to maneuver to get the car parking or take the car out
