Unser Haus ist in der Nähe von Golf und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben einen privaten Pool im umzäunten Hinterhof mit einer Veranda, auf der Sie bei Sonnenuntergang Cocktails genießen können. Die angrenzende Terrasse bietet einen Grillbereich, einen Tisch und Stühle. Das Haus ist großartig für die Unterhaltung mit großem Raum, Kamin und Großbildfernseher ausgelegt. Unsere Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (genau wie zu Hause) mit einer großen Esstheke für 4 Personen. Unser Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer für 10 Personen. Das Kinderzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einer Queensize-Bett verfügt über 1 Etagenbett mit einem Doppelbett unten und einem Doppelbett oben. Es gibt auch eine Königin und zwei ausklappbare und ein voller Größe Aero Bett.

The house was very nice and clean! We loved the private back yard and big pool. It was perfect for kids of any age. The house was stocked with plenty of extras that made our stay extra comfortable and convenient. The owner was great to work with. No issues with this property. Great place to stay!

The house and pool were amazing. We enjoyed going to the beach in the morning and coming back and spending the afternoon at the pool. It is a short walk to the beach. We thought about renting a golf cart, but didn't. David was great and checked on us during the week. He had the house stocked with everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

VRBO home was very nice. It had most everything you would need for a week away. Location was convenient to the beach and included beach toys, chairs & umbrellas. Plenty of amenities for cooking/grilling at the house. We spent lots of time in the backyard pool. Would love to go back to this area of Florida in the future. Communicating with the owner was very easy. Definitely recommend this property.

Everything is labeled, which was a great help for kids and parents alike. If you don’t understand how something operates/functions, it is not due to a lack of instructions/helpful hints. Which were great for local places to visit as well!
The prep done by this host made for a seamless, great outings, no questions needed vacation for 12 folks for 7 days. They truly have it down to a science. It was all pretty amazing in my eyes.

We really enjoyed our time in Miramar! This home has all the goods! It’s comfortable, spacious, and full of amenities. The private pool, beach chairs, and towels are all nice extras! The kitchen is fully stocked! And the owner tries to make sure that your stay is enjoyable and not a bunch of work for you as the renter! I highly recommend and would stay her again!

David has a kitchen stocked with all of the things you would find in your own kitchen, which is nice if you want to cook your own meals. We enjoyed the pool and new outdoor furniture (2 tables with umbrellas and 8 chairs). This is a quiet location ideal for relaxing and just a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. David is a great host, and the house and amenities are amazing. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

We go to Destin every Summer and this is by far the best home we have stayed in. Right after we booked the house The owner sent me every detail about the home via email and to my home address. When we arrived the house was super clean and had every amenity you could think of with plenty of driveway for parking. All beds in the house were comfortable. The master shower is very large. The backyard was the ultimate hangout spot with a nice pool and plenty of seating. We were only a couple blocks from the beach. There was nothing about this house we didn’t like and we are already planning our next visit.

Relaxing vacation
We had 7 of us staying for the first time in Destin and this place did not disappoint! Having 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. The house is super clean and spacious. David was fantastic to work with and the home had everything we needed. The pool in the backyard was our fave!! This house is a short walk to the beach. Pompano Joe's was a great place to eat! We would definitely come back! We totally enjoyed our family vacation.

The house is great. Pool and backyard is the perfect hangout. The pool is large. You can’t beat the location and it’s proximity to everything. The property manager is easy to work with and super nice. This was our third time staying here and I’m sure we will be back again.

This was an exceptional experience. The home was everything that was listed and more. This was our family’s first time to Destin. We will make this an annual trip. The home accommodated 4 adults and 5 children. There is lots of room. The pool is wonderful. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

House and property overall were great. Neighbors though like to use the yard for their dogs, but they do clean up. However it is annoying when you have the only grass for all the dogs to use. I would recommend this home for your next stay. My biggest concern is it won't be available then the next time I would like to stay there.

Enjoyable stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We wish we could have used the pool, but it was a tad cold. Nevertheless, the backyard was relaxing, and the beach nearby was amazing! The owner was very timely in communicating, and whenever I had a question or wanted clarity on something regarding the property/listing, he was thorough and quick in response. If in Destin again, we would definitely consider staying here again!

Had everything we needed, lots of floats and beach/pool stuff. Everything was nice and clean. Perfect location. Close to everything and only two block away from the beach!

Property was very nice and clean. Has private bathrooms for everyone. My wife, two boys, and I stayed in the bunk beds, had a private bath. My sister and her family in the master, had a private bath. My father on the first floor - had a bath right next to his room, so we considered it private as well.
House was clean and the pool area was awesome. Everyone loved swimming in it. The beach was only a few minutes down the road and the house had all of the beach necessities needed!
Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Property was very nice and clean. Has private bathrooms for everyone. My wife, two boys, and I stayed in the bunk beds, had a private bath. My sister and her family in the master, had a private bath. My father on the first floor - had a bath right next to his room, so we considered it private as well.
House was clean and the pool area was awesome. Everyone loved swimming in it. The beach was only a few minutes down the road and the house had all of the beach necessities needed!

We LOVED Martin’s Nest!!! Our favorite place to hang out was the pool!!! The beach was fun and just a short walk down the road. So was Pompano Joe’s which had YUMMY food to eat and a FABULOUS atmosphere!!!! We enjoyed every second and would definitely book this BEAUTIFUL home again!!!!
