This is my second time staying here and I plan on returning again and again. Fits my needs perfectly. Always clean and comfortable.

Great location near the white mountains , great restaurants and amenities very close. Cute village and quiet at night.

The pillows were way too big, we wish we had more options. The price is quiet high as well, but it might be the same elsewhere.

Lovely location on the Pemigewasset, cute grounds, cute room, quiet and peaceful environment. Wayne’s Deli/Grocery across the street was pretty sweet too.

Bed was not super comfortable and was VERY creaky. Would have been nice to have a lamp in the room in addition to just the main light switch light. Shower drained very slowly.

everything outside seemed old/broken which gave our stay a bad feeling.

Quaint, great location, reasonable price.

The shower had soap scum on the walls and a ring around the tub. It also didn’t drain well. I bought cleaner and cleaned it.

Location was excellent - there are many local cafes and restaurants. Seating by the river was provided, which we used for our take-out pizza. Room was comfortable and well-equipped.

No complaints - all good!

Location was within walking distance to downtown, and close to attractions. Check-in process was very simple. The room was clean and everything was in working order. No issues with the amenities. Access to a cute little river behind the building was a nice bonus.

location to our family reunion was close and to many attractions.

Was a bit disappointed that there was no instructon for the tv. We were unable to watch it had no idea how to change the channel. Power and volume was the only access we had. There was not enough cups for the coffee, the room fits 4 but only 2 cups and two coffees . There was no soap shampoo, conditioner or enough towels Room was set up for 2, when the reservation specifially said 4.

great spot for a lil shopping, not far from our destination, Christina was more than accommodating. The room was extremely clean. The pool area was beautiful

The room was clean. It was the perfect size. I was glad they had a mini fridge with an actual freezer. The pool was nice even though I didn't get to fully utilize it. It was the perfect location for my needs. I loved that it was within walking distance of many great restaurants and only a short drive to Franconia notch state park.

The check in process was a little confusing. I didn't realize it was fully contactless and that my check in stuff would be in an envelope by the office door, but after the initial confusion, my stay went perfectly.

Very basic accommodations but great location and clean room.

it’s a ground floor accommodation near the forest so you might see a bug or two who comes in to the room if you leave the front door open
