The hotel is in a perfect location -- near Yellowstone, in the heart of a delightful town. The staff that greeted us was so friendly and welcoming. And the room was spotless, the bed was comfy.

However, for the price we paid, it was a disappointing hotel experience. If you have to charge the rates you are charging, find some way to make it feel like you are getting your money. Great coffee? A better breakfast? Something to make it worth the $$$.

Location was great for visiting the NP. My friend wanted to take a picture of the Milky Way and he was able to do that at midnight! The hotel is new and the room was exceptionally clean with fresh, brand new towels everyday. !

The Breakfast selection was limited but what available was of good quality. My only complaint is the coffee was very weak!

Breakfast was ok. Coffee in the room was good. Had to use milk; no cream, only non dairy French vanilla. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Marie and Hugo in the lobby were very attentive to our needs, even supplying us with a couple bandaids. They were almost always there when we came and went except for late at night. Location of the hotel was great, right at the west entrance to Yellowstone. We would definitely stay there again.

All was pretty good, as I mentioned, some half and half for coffee would be good. Also, would prefer liquid soap to bars. Liquid soap much more sanitary.

The location to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons was so convenient! Close to town of West Yellowstone where everyone was so nice & accommodating! The staff @ Geysers inn were very friendly and helpful! It was nice to have a light breakfast before heading to tour the parks! Bed comfortable - actually very quiet inn!

The only negative was the carpets! And we thought it was a bit overpriced for size and amenities!
