My friends and I visited Nashville as part of our annual Super Bowl gathering. One concern I had when planning our visit was that every reviewer had rated the property as a 5/5. I thought someone must have had an issue with something! However, we found this property to be perfect for our 4 couples. The host had stocked the house with many extras ahead of our stay. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We walked downtown one day, taking approximately 20 minutes. Uber drivers were always available in the area, arriving in 3 to 5 minutes. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, and pub/restaurant (good food!) within a two block walk. In our frequent walks to these places, we had no issues or safety concerns. The host immediately responded to our questions prior to arrival and check-in was a breeze. We would rent this property again without hesitation.

8 adults shared this property. It was very well stocked with linens and towels. We had a great stay with plenty of room to spread out so we weren't constatnly stepping on each other. Bus transportation was close by, a definite benefit.

We had 8 people in our group. We thought the accommodations were prefect for our size and for our age (over 60). There’s plenty of space for more people if you had more. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions I had months before we arrived and during our stay. I gave the location a 5. I would never live in the area but to stay for a 3 nights was great. Never felt unsafe. We all felt the place was very clean, beds were comfortable.

Celine and Don are perfect hosts! This VRBO property will stay on our "must come back to" list, as it was a perfect place to stay. Located with easy access off of I40 but far enough away as to have no traffic noise. The property is within walking distance of some attractions and restaurants and within an inexpensive UBER or LYFT ride (10-15 minutes) to broadway and all other downtown attractions you may want to see! It's located on a quiet street, which was nice. The property was the perfect size for the six of us but could accomadate up to 8 very nicely. We knew we were going to be out and about a lot, but wanted a nice, clean, safe, and comfortable place, and this property fit all of our needs. We've decided that when we travel to Nashville again, we will stay at this exact property! The property Owner was so nice to deal with, responded to all of my questions in a very timely manner, and was very helpful!

The house was nice and large which was really accommodating for a group of 8 adults. Everyone had their own bed and the house never felt crammed. Very spacious and in close proximity to downtown.

We highly recommend this property. The house was very nice and in a great location. It was clean, lots of room, plenty of seating for the group to gather, comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped (suggest adding a blender). The owner was very accommodating and was quick to respond when we had questions. There was a minor issue with an alarm and the owner was quick to reply and resolve it.

Perfect house for 6 women “of a certain age”. Beds were so very comfortable and the kitchen up to date. Our host had everything we needed at our fingertips. Location so close to downtown and Ubers were always nearby. Highly recommend!

This home was the perfect place for 6 girls to have a reunion. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to comfortably share the home. The home is clean, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies.
Although, the location is ideal to walk to the downtown attractions, it is located near a busy street and can be a little noisy at times. It wasn’t terrible and it certainly did not ruin our stay. I highly recommend this home!

Location was perfect! We only had 4 adults in our group- so the house was plenty big. Everything was clean and the owner had trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. We greatly appreciated not having to run to the store.
We did not cook- just enjoyed the great food in Nashville.
Beds were comfy and we would definitely stay here again. Owner communicated when needed and was easy to access.

We had a great time in Nashville and loved our stay at this property. The unit was very clean, spacious and in a great location. Easy walk to Broadway, Printer’s Alley, the Farmer’s Market and more. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had.

This is one of the finest VRBO’s we have stayed at. The location is great. The beds were wonderful, everything is within walking distance although there waa big hill you have to get over. The host was texting us to make sure everything was perfect. Great for a family or group of friends. Make sure you take the Segway tour

We got together with our children and grandchildren at this central location. Premises was as advertised, quite enough space for all 12 of us with plenty of bed options and three and a half baths. Kitchen was well equipped. We all enjoyed Nashville!

The property was as described, beds very comfy and VRBO well stocked. We Ubered to/from venues though Broadway was very walkable. What makes this property desirable is the hospitality of the hosts. 4 women stayed here to have fun in Nashville. We each had our own room and bathrooms were great!! The house was perfect for us to relax at the end of the day in the spacious living room or on the outside balcony. Loved everything about this place!

This home was wonderful for our large group who traveled for CMA Fest. 25 minute walk to Nissan Stadium that was easy. Home is very clean, had more than we expected and was absolutely wonderful. I have been using VRBO for a number of years and this is by far one of the best finds I have had. I will definitely stay here again! Thanks Don for such a wonderful experience.

Very clean and spacious house on the edge of Germantown. Easy to get to downtown but also quiet and just far away enough from the throngs on Broadway. Walkable to Nissan Stadium and lots of other great places.
