Dies ist ein 2/2 mit einem Wohn- und Esszimmer für 6 Personen. Es gibt eine separate Wohnung im zweiten Stock, die als The Dock House-Upper (Listing 4813469) aufgeführt ist. Dieses Haus hat eine große Terrasse im hinteren Bereich und eine große Veranda, auf der Sie sitzen und zusehen können, wie der Dachs zum Hafen kommt. Das Haus ist voll möbliert mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Gefrierschrank im Keller, Kabel-TV, WIFI und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen. Wenn Sie nicht kochen möchten, erreichen Sie die Innenstadt mit einigen der besten Restaurants und Bars zu Fuß. Machen Sie einen Spaziergang entlang des Pere Marquette Sees oder zum Leuchtturm am Stearns Beach. So viel zu tun und zu sehen, nur wenige Blocks entfernt.

This property is ideally located within the city. It was an easy walk to downtown, the city marina, and the city beach and park. The lower part of Dock House is definitely themed for the lake and contained everything we needed. It was just two of us, and although it contained beds for 5, we think it would seem small unless kids made up some of that number. We cooked for most of our meals and there were pots, pans, utensils, and dishes for everything we made. We hope to be back!

Our family of 5 stayed at The Dock House for 3 nights while in town for a wedding. Had everything we needed for our stay. Loved walking the dog by the marina or along the shore where we could see the lighthouse. Walking distance to great food and shops as well.
This house has old charm, but still provides the needed conveniences. Would stay again for sure.

The home is older but it is a clean and well kept property in an ideal location. The owner is very responsive should you need anything during your stay. We were in town for a family wedding and this home worked out well for us.

Enjoyed this property. Was affordable and as described. Great location for walking over to view Badger departing and arriving. Quiet. Everything we needed. Saw deer right across the street daily.

Very clean and great location. Familiar with property and noted that is becoming a bit dated. Also there was no cooking basics such as salt/pepper oil etc for preparing meals. Ate out little more than usual for our stays at vaca rentals.
Always fun to visit Ludington and the location cannot be any better

This place is a charmer, good space and decor, the porch is great all day. Had coffee with the deer and rabbits across the street every morning and evening. The location is perfect for the beach and ferry watching, short walk to both and the park. Good job Brian. and thank you.

Wonderful house in a great neighborhood. Great location with easy walk to beach and downtown. And we were able to see and hear the Badger go out and come in daily which my kids loved. Already discussing next years vacation. And the booking process was simple.

The view and location = 5 STARS!
We initially intended to head out of town to ride ATV trails but found the house so comfortable and convenient we spent more time in town than planned.
Watched the parade from a block away and fireworks from the front porch. Was blessed with enough space for a couple games of cards with friends as we waited for the fireworks.
Would recommend and may rent again.

The location was great, we could walk to the beach, the downtown, the marina, all within 4 blocks or so from the house.
We love historic houses like this, & it had about anything you might need to prepare a meal or cook on the grill, just bring your food.

This was a perfect location for us--close to the marina, pier, and downtown. The house needed a little bit of work, but the owner confirmed that he would give those areas attention. This is not a fancy house by any means, but it was comfortable, clean, and worked well for us. The outdoor porch was a big bonus too--we sat out there every evening!

Short walk to beach and putt putt. Few blocks more to walk into town for restaurants. Crown and cork was the best, and only a block away . House was clean and had all the basics , kitchen could use a few more condiments . Owner was great , very responsive.
