Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang zum schönen Wilson Village, wo Sie tagsüber Feuerstellen und Marshmallows rösten und die 2 schönen Pools und Fitnesseinrichtungen direkt im Dorf nutzen können. Dieses Haus ist neu renoviert mit einem Golfwagen und 4 Fahrräder für Ihren Gebrauch während Ihres Aufenthaltes. Dieses Haus verfügt über 4 große Schlafzimmer mit Bad mit großen Bädern. Ein Kingsize-Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine Sitzecke und ein eigenes Bad.
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großes Königschlafzimmer mit Sitzecke, Kamin und großem Bad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad. Das vierte Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Es gibt ein halbes Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss.
Eine übergroße Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die eine Küche zu bieten hat. Es gibt einen Speisesaal, der 10 Personen bequem Platz bietet. Das große Zimmer ist groß und hat einen großen Fernseher. Es hat auch einen Kamin. Angrenzend an das große Zimmer ist eine sehr große abgeschirmte Veranda mit übergroßen Sitz- und Esstisch. Es gibt auch einen schönen Gasgrill im Freien. Es gibt einen großen Garten, der sich auf das erste Fairway des Golfplatzes stützt.

We rented this house for 12 days over the recent Christmas holiday and had a great stay! It's a beautiful house, well-appointed, with an open floor plan, a comfortable backyard with a fire pit, overlooking the first tee of the golf course. We had one person with mobility issues so having one of the three (!) master bedrooms on the main level with a walk-in shower was perfect. She only needed to navigate the two front porch steps or walk around to the back of the house where this is actually a ramp built into the deck - very handy! The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and the kitchen was huge with everything you need for a short or extended stay! If you're a golfer, the clubhouse and range are literally 100 steps from the backyard!
The management staff was GREAT to work with and very responsive to our needs/questions. We actually extended our stay by a day on two different occasions and they were very accommodating and helpful! Audrey & Lisa - thanks for everything!
Two "complaints" are the lighting is a bit strange with a mix of regular and bright white LED bulbs which made the lighting at night a bit harsh if the light wasn't on a dimmer. Also, for a kitchen that size, the trash and recycle cans sit out uncovered in the back corner of the kitchen. I'd suggest giving up one of the under-counter storage areas and buildout a trashcan pull.
I'd highly recommend this house to any families looking to stay in beautiful Palmetto Bluff. It's a great house in a great location with a great team managing it! Thanks!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Location is great- can walk to restaurants and the market which has great gourmet goods, meats, groceries. The house layout is ideal and the backyard fire pit was a great bonus we really enjoyed. The house comes with 4 bikes another great bonus. You can rent additional bikes walking distance from the house. The kitchen did not come with basics like oil, salt, pepper, etc- just a heads up if you plan on cooking like us. The kitchen is beautiful and very well designed with an open layout. There were a few issues with cleanliness: the BBQ was extremely dirty, and the gas tank was empty, the oven was also dirty, there were a few stains on our sheets which the property manager immediately offered to have cleaned and comped the gas tank. Other than that everything was very clean. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! We would return again xx

Palmetto Bluff is a terrific vacation destination.
As far as my experience with this property…I wish I would have read the review from July 2018 before booking. In this review the customer explains they experienced inconveniences from a/c trouble and spent the first day of the vacation coming up with fixes. The response from the host is what is important. Part of the host’s response was “Bottom line they were not inconvenienced at all.”
When a/c is out in any home for an evening (regardless if portable units are installed)….the customer is clearly inconvenienced. However, the host did not recognize this as an inconvenience.
The reason for my low rating of this property is that I expect 5 star service when booking a luxury rental. I will not go into the service problems I encountered because at the end of the day the service concern is very similar to the a/c story where the upsetting part of my experience is how the host responded to feedback. Any inconveniences I notated were not recognized by the host as an inconvenience.
If a customer says they were inconvenienced and has spent time documenting why, then you want a host who will listen and understand (not debate it)….better yet, a host that will exceed your expectations to make the situation right with the customer.
There are many home rentals available in the area and my advice is to book a stay with another host. In particular, there is one VRBO host that manages many properties and you will have a 5 star experience and service! Book a property located in Wilson Village - the heart of Palmetto Bluff. You will just be a short walk to the beautiful May River, the stunning chapel, dining, shopping and the Canoe Club pool and health club.
Enjoy Palmetto Bluff. It’s a beautiful area.

After a wonderful visit during Christmas at Palmetto Bluff we booked a summer getaway for our family. Absolutely would visit again and book this home. Perfectly located within walking distance to Wilson’s Landing, RT Market, Riverside Pool. Golf cart and bikes a great amenity! Beautiful home newly decorated with open space for family time both indoors and on porch overlooking 1st fairway. Recommend playing golf at May River and tubing/Skiing outing! Mark was excellent tour guide.😄

Our family incredibly enjoyed our time at this rental. It was everything and more than we needed and would highly recommend for anyone to use for a getaway.
The only thing I think they could upgrade is their golf cart as there are no lights so a bit dark driving in the evening. But that is all!

Lovely house in a great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house. It is perfectly appointed and in a quiet, secluded spot in Wilson village. Use of bikes and golf cart were an extra bonus.
Only one suggestion to the owner - get a wifi booster for the upstairs rooms. Other than that it was a perfect vacation home!.

Great House, not so great service
Love Palmetto Bluff....We have been going for years.
Pros: House looks very nice. Pictures posted are accurate.
Cons: We had several issues with things not working (HVAC, wine fridge, fans) which understandably happens in a large home. The very disappointing thing was lack of options to fix and sub-par service during these outages. No alternative solutions (fans, temporary housing, etc.) in 90+ degree weather is unacceptable. We spent the first 24 hrs of our vacation coming up with our own fixes (making trips to Walmart to buy ac units and installing them ourselves, etc.) until the hvac company could repair the ac system in the house. While owners/agents cannot control what breaks in a home, we are very disappointed that they could not compensate us for the all the inconvenience we experienced. We asked for 1 of our 6 nights to be reimbursed since we wasted the first 24 hrs of our vacation which was declined.

Great house and Great location
Family of 4 (2 teens dragged along for the ride).
We stayed a week at this newly updated house in the AMAZING Palmetto Bluff. So picturesque and serene. It is like going back in time - with all the current amenities. We loved the bikes. The trails were all near the house. We enjoyed the golf cart to go get s’mores nightly (that’s how we got the teens out of the house). We took a boat ride on the May River - saw dolphins, pelicans, learned the history of area. BBQ was new. Lisa was quick to answer with concerns. Such a beautiful place - I dream of going back. Thanks for the memories.
