Diese neu errichtete Hütte am See befindet sich auf einer eigenen privaten Halbinsel am Mattanawcook-See. Es bietet vier Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit brandneuen Schiefergeräten und Granitoberflächen. Domdecken und schöne Parkettböden befinden sich im gesamten Haus! Kabel ist für Ihren Genuss enthalten. Genießen Sie wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge von der wunderschönen Veranda mit direktem Blick auf den See. Ein Kanu und ein Kajak sind ebenfalls enthalten. Nur 75 Fuß vom Wasser entfernt, sind Sie weniger als eine Minute zu Fuß vom Angeln, Bootfahren und Schwimmen entfernt!

Great location and property! Well stocked with all basic items. Lots of space and we’re well maintained. Access to the lake by the dock was fantastic! And the fire pit in the back yard was also a great feature we really enjoyed. The lake is very peaceful and quiet with little to no traffic, so kayaking was one of the best we’ve done.

This property was just what we were looking for…secluded, water front with a gorgeous house!!! That was also dog friendly!
We spent the day paddle boarding (brought our own) and fishing, with the dogs swimming and dock diving. Spent the nights staring at all the stars high above a bonfire, listening to the Loons talk to each other. The bonus resident Bald eagle was a sight!

A beautiful home with all the amenities! Situated in a secluded cove, very peaceful and serene.
We stayed with our 2 adult children, their spouses and my 2 year old Grandson. We couldn't have chosen a better place to recharge and unwind from our hectic lives and professions.
We will return and recommend to anyone that needs to find a little piece of paradise to reconnect with loved ones and nature ❤️

House was perfect for our family. Kitchen was large enough as we brought most all we needed. It could use a knife sharpener,peeler and some storage containers. Two bathrooms are always welcome. Bedrooms were big enough . Beds okay comfy. Living room was roomy and comfy. Deck was great , it does need some stairs off the front. Screened in would of been a great bonus as the mosquitoes are pretty relentless after dark. Dock is okay , a lot of rocks and we could not swim off it. Luckily we had a swim carpet we could haul out and anchor in the middle. We also brought a boat which we docked at the dock carefully. Some fish were caught and a lot of memories made.

Nice, modern place. No issues. Close to relatives in town. Kelly (the owner) was available any time to answer questions. A relaxing week of kayaking and fishing.

Our family of 5 plus dog had a great, relaxing experience. The house was clean and the easy lakefront access was great. We had nice fresh gentle breezes while we were there so windows and ceiling fans were all we needed. We were excited to have use of kayak and canoe to supplement the paddle boards we brought. Note for folks bringing a boat—the dock is shallow so you need to bring a way to moor the boat. The town launch is close and easy! Mattanawcook is gorgeous and we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet. Loons and bird watching galore!

Very nice clean cabin.
Great cabin very private, easy access to the lake, great location to experience the real Maine. Cabin was clean and plenty of room when my family visited for weekend from Boston. Liked fishing from the kayak with Loons as my partner's. The Crazy Moose restaurant added to the visit,good home cooking! The cabin owner was very pleasant to deal with. Perfect 2 week's, will be back.

We loved hearing and watching the loons on the lake. The house is really nice and very comfortable. The location is excellent, very private and a beautiful view of the lake from the dock. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect quintessential Maine vacation
We loved our stay here. The house was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay and more. The property was a dream. It was right on the lake with its own dock and very quiet and secluded. Our kids and I loved the kayak and canoe that came with the house and we used it daily! The lake is wonderful - not too big and not too small. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that beautiful ceiling fan in the LR wasn't working, so on those 80+ degree days it got a little warm in the house. Also, WIFi was a little slow. But otherwise, it was lovely and we will definitely be back. Love Lincoln!

Cute cabin but poor attention to guest comfort and hygiene.
Cute new log cabin and nice location but not much attention paid to guest comfort and hygiene. Fridge was not clean, coffee maker left dirty, dirty soaps left in the bathrooms, deck on the lake was broken, etc. We knew there was no internet but couldn't find the remote to the DVD player or any dvds in the house. Owner told us they haven't been to the house for a while. That says a lot.

Words can't describe the beauty
Where do I start this house is everything you could imagine. From the view of the lake to the new smell of the wood. There is nothing this house and location doesn't provide. Whether you want to hunt, fish, snowmobile or go 4-wheeling everything is within minutes. The house provides plenty of space while feeling right at home. The owners are a delight to speak with and easy to deal with. We were here during the colder months we will definitely be back when it's warm! Also it was myself, husband and 2 young children. We visited the park and library and the stores on Main St. when the weather wasn't perfect for other activities. There is always something to do.. or just relax in this comfortable home.

Phenomenal Fall Retreat!!
Absolutely perfect!! We spent Columbus Day weekend here and it couldn't have been more picturesque with the fall foliage! The house had everything we needed for a great weekend and the view from the dock was breathtaking! The property is in a great location because it is secluded enough that you have all the privacy you could ask for but it is still not far from all the necessities (grocery store, gas station, restaraunt, a few shops). Also, Joyce, the homeowner, is such a sweet lady who wanted to make sure our stay was everything we hoped for. We will definitely return!! So glad we found this place!
