We loved the backyard! Watching all the nature surrounding the deck was a once in an unexpected lifetime experience!

We stayed for 9 nine nights and it was a great quiet area. The house is as pictured and fully equipped, the outdoor area is beautiful and loved watching the birds. The host Elaine was outstanding from check in time to check out.

House is perfect location for Tarpon Springs and not a bad ride to Clearwater Beach. Our kids loved the pool it was clean and warm the whole time we were there. My wife and I enjoyed our coffee by the water every morning. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Everything is at the house you’ll need also (cooler, beach chairs, fishing rods, etc) which was really nice. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thanks for having us.

We loved this place so much our only regret is we had to leave. Elaine was an amazing host, and accommodated all of our needs and allowed our dogs . She was super helpful with any questions we had. We loved the pool and hanging out on the deck. The sunsets were amazing and we loved seeing all the wildlife. We loved the location it was perfect for the activities we had planned. Fred Howard beach was awesome and so close. We would definitely recommend this place

Quite honestly, because of the price and offered amenities I was nervous upon entering but was pleasantly surprised to see a very clean well-kept home!

Our stay was awesome, all amenities were as stated. The house was very clean an accommodating for us and our 3 dogs. The sunset every night was just beautiful. Having a fire and just chilling on the deck. The pool was very clean and refreshing. We over packed expecting to need kitchen supplies etc, this house had everything you needed, from the bathroom to the pool floats. It really made our stay that more enjoyable. Hi! Great property and host! My sister and I loved the space. The house has a great kitchen. The pool is perfect! Our pups were very comfortable here. They very much enjoyed chasing after the little lizards in the back yard!

We loved our stay at this property it is exactly as it’s advertised. Pool, fishing, beautiful deck area, saw lots of gators swimming by! We would love to come back one day thanks Elaine for making our first vacation in 2 years awesome!

Old time Florida feel
We visited my mom for years in Florida and staying here felt like a nice stroll down memory lane! Being able to have the campfire on the deck with the lake in the background and kids in the pool is like the best of both worlds. Homey and cottage feeling at the same time. The house has it little quirks but that just added to the quaintness. I would stay here again for sure !

Had an extended stay at this lovely home with our Golden Retrievers. Elaine was a superb host and helped us in many ways. The home had everything we needed including a pool and fenced in yard. The view looking at the lake was beautiful! Location is close to many things.

Enjoy a wonderful weekend with my husband and senior dachshund. Home is an older Florida home that has been updated and is meticulously clean. Close to Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and plenty of food eateries close by.

Do not be fooled by the good reviews
The truth about this property. Coming into this property, our first impression is that it is in a rundown neighborhood and town. Lots of addicts on the streets.
When we arrived at the property, we had to clean the tv table by the recliner because there were crumbs on it. We also had to clean the back of the bathroom door and ceiling fan in the room we slept in because of the thick dust. We probably only noticed the fans because the ceilings are low. My husband had to dodge fan blades during our stay. There is a large cleaning fee attached to booking this property, and cleaning was the last thing I thought I’d have to do.
The owners were having a pool issue so they were there daily tending to the pool. We only had WiFi and cable for the first two days of our stay then it went out. I understand that the pool, cable and WiFi are things that just happen. However, we were being asked to take time from our vacation to tend to these issues.
Needless to say, we booked and paid for 9 days and left after 5.

We booked this place to get away & relax. We enjoyed the wild life. & the short drive to swim with the manatees ( LEGALLY). We found some great restaurants on the water & just grilled other nights. Definitely would Recommend if you are looking for a low key place...

Perfection all the way.
Everything was perfect from the big things to the little things. I could have showed up with a suitcase and needed nothing else. It was amazing. Not to mention early check in was accommodated which really helped after 2 days of travel with kids and a dog. We loved the fenced in yard, the view was second to none, the pool was perfection, the neighbor was friendly, and watching alligators was so cool! Thank you so very much for everything
