Die 3351 Lake Forest Villas begrüßen Sie im Herzen der Sea Pines Plantation mit Blick auf einen See und das Forest Preserve. Unsere Villa mit drei Schlafzimmern und dreieinhalb Bädern liegt direkt neben den Radwegen und weniger als 3,2 km von Harbortown und dem Sea Pines Beach Club entfernt.
Die Villa ist sehr groß mit über 2000 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche. Die Villa verfügt über zwei Hauptschlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das Hauptschlafzimmer im zweiten Stock über zwei Einzelbetten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Es gibt einen Schlafraum mit oberen / unteren Etagenbetten. Wir haben gerade einen neuen Teppich, neue Fenster und eine neue Küche installiert.
Unsere Villa ist eine der wenigen in Sea Pines mit einer Garage. Wir haben die Garage mit einer Vielzahl von Fahrrädern aller Größen ausgestattet, die Sie auf den angrenzenden kilometerlangen Radwegen nutzen können. Auf dem Deck befindet sich ein Gasgrill, eine Terrasse und Liegestühle. Von der Terrasse genießen Sie einen schönen Blick auf den See mit dem Forest Preserve im Hintergrund. Unmittelbar neben der Villa und kostenlos für die Nutzung unserer Gäste sind ein großer Pool und 2 neue Tennisplätze.
Alle Schlafzimmer haben Flachbild-HDTVs. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen HD-Flachbildfernseher mit über 300 Kanälen, einen DVR und einen DVD-Player. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat auch einen DVR mit mehr als 300 Kanälen. Es gibt einen Computertisch mit kostenlosem unbegrenztem Highspeed-Kabelmodem-Internetzugang und kostenlosem WLAN-Zugang für Ihren Laptop. Es werden auch unbegrenzte kostenlose US-Ferngespräche angeboten.

We loved the view of the lagoon and the open area for the family to spend time together. We had plenty of room for our family of 8 to sleep. The kitchen and laundry was well stocked. The owner did an excellent job of checking in with us. The forest preserve is within walking distance of the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this home with all of my family members, including Thanksgiving Dinner. We used the bicycles to tour the island. The availability of bicycles was a big plus for choosing this place. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the deck, including alligators. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen, including two coffee makers, plenty of seating around the tables, and plenty of room for our big family for sleeping and watching football games in the living room.

Had a wonderful stay at Lakefront Villa! The house was just as described and pictured. It is very well located for getting anywhere on the bikes provided! The tennis courts and pool at the neighborhood were well maintained. Mark was very accommodating as we made a last minute booking and was very responsive to the few questions we had about the property.

This was a nice cozy place to stay in Sea Pines. The location and view offer quite a bit of privacy as the back deck overlooks a lake with forest on the other side.
The description of the property said there was a crib, but that was not the case. Fortunately, there was a Pack-N-Play that we could put our little one in to sleep. Since she is a 22 month old toddler it was nice to find gates that we used to block the stairs.
This location has about everything you'll need for your stay at the beach. Bikes, games, chairs, toys ...

The house is spacious and well-supplied. The selection of bicycles in the garage is amazing, including bike locks and helmets! We appreciated the folding beach wagon. The layout of the house gives everyone some privacy and there was plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. We made good use of the grill on the deck. Mark is a great host!

We loved our week in Sea Pines! The owner was great and the place was nice. The view from the back deck was beautiful. The shuttle to the beach was easy and convenient. We look forward to staying here again soon:)

Awesome place
The pictures did not do it justice. It was a great place for my family and friends to stay for the week. Actually enjoyed biking to the beach and loved the almost daily sighting of a gator in the pond. Kids played tennis every morning.

The property was very nice and accommodating. We had plenty of room and the 3.5 baths for the 3 bedroom unit was very helpful, no bathroom sharing. The view of the pond right out the back sliding doors was very nice as well as the alligators. Even though we did not use the bikes much it would be very useful for a large family that loves to bike. Overall this was a very good place to stay!

Heritage Getaway 2022
The property was very nice and accommodating. We had plenty of room and the 3.5 baths for the 3 bedroom unit was very helpful, no bathroom sharing. The view of the pond right out the back sliding doors was very nice as well as the alligators. Even though we did not use the bikes much it would be very useful for a large family that loves to bike. Overall this was a very good place to stay!

This was a great location in Sea Pines. Amenities in the Villa, the nice pool, and the variety of bikes in the garage was a definite plus. Getting around by bikes while the Heritage Golf tournament was going on this week, was a easier than driving. The villla was very peaceful and watching the birds and alligators was entertaining.

This was a great location in Sea Pines. Amenities in the Villa, the nice pool, and the variety of bikes in the garage was a definite plus. We had such a nice week in spite of the nasty tropical storm caused by Hurricane Elsa! This townhouse unit is even prettier in person than in the pictures. We had 7 people ages 16-71 staying with us, and the location was a perfect fit for all to spend time doing as they wished, whether it be fishing right off of the deck, playing pickle ball or swimming right across the road, or riding the bikes all over the island that were included with this rental.
I had many questions for the property manager before our trip, and he answered all of them via the VRBO message center very promptly.
Property is fully furnished with a lot of "extras" like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper products, etc. Also, the A/C worked great, which was nice considering how hot we would get while we were outside! We felt right at home. and will likely be back next year!

The villa was very comfortable and in a perfect location for us. Loved the lake view and proximity to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Excellent wildlife viewing from the villa. In spite of some very rainy weather we had a great time. Bikes were used a lot on nice days. A big plus.

We enjoyed the lake. We were concerned after seeing alligators (2). The was no signage warning of these critters and we had a 2 year with us. Otherwise, the birds chirping, the humming along with the view of wildlife was incredible.

Lake Forest Villa
Bright, clean, comfortable, well equipped villa. We loved watching the herons from the back deck and waking up to the water. The villa seemed like a sanctuary - but with access to everything! Perfect spot for family vacation. We'll be back.
