Our stay at Phoenix X was great! It was very spacious and clean. The third bedroom with 4 double beds was the perfect room for our group of kiddos. The outdoor pool was awesome as well! The check in wasn't ideal, with not having a hard time that the room would be available. The listing shows 3pm, but I received many messages that said check-in starts after 3. A more set check in time would be helpful for guests in the future, as it's hard to really plan for a moving target.

This is our second time booking this same condo for our girls’ trip. You just can’t beat it. The location and amenities are everything. We will book again next year.

We rented two condos next door to each other to host our family of 4 children and 7 grandchildren. Wonderful property with indoor pool and 3 hot tubs in addition to beautiful beach next door to Flor Bama. Well equipped kitchen for cooking

Very dissatisfied resolution to a communication issue! Pool/hot tub were closed during my stay. This info is alway listed on the website. I called my representative to let them know of the inconvenience! They were surprised about the closure. There was no communication with either party about the closure. They were very appreciative of my finding! This hopefully helped out future bookings. There was nothing done on my end to relieve the mixup! There were numerous people at the condo complex that were extremely upset! The people I spoke with got perks for the mixup. My representative said the owner was paid in full already. Their hands were tied at that point! But, did mention they would reach out and see if anything could be resolved! At that point I would receive a call! Nothing! Oh well! Do better!

We do not recommend room 604 at Phoenix X. The outdoor furniture and COUCH were HORRIBLE. The couch inside looked good in the photos. But, in person , it was completely broken. The couch was broken down so much that you could barely sit on it. The stuffing was even coming out of it at one part, and the couch wouldn’t even connect. If you tried to sit in the middle the boards were poking up through it. The patio furniture was the most uncomfortable furniture. It was hard wooden chairs that sat completely straight up at a 90• angle. It was not lounging furniture. They were hard as a rock and uncomfortable. This was disappointing b/c we look at patio furniture before booking a condo as it factors into our decision b/c we enjoy the patio as part of our vacation. The patio furniture at 604 is not the same furniture in the photo when booking. So, if you love lounging on the patio, the furniture is horrible. Because the outdoor patio furniture was horrible and the indoor sectional was horrible, it left us with no comfortable place to sit for an entire week. This made the few rainy days frustrating. The condo fits 12 people, but doesn’t give near enough towels. We had to purchase our own drying dish towels and towels to dry off with. Even with a washer/dryer in the condo, only suppling 4 towels is not acceptable when the condo sleeps 12. There were board games in the condo, but all of them were missing the majority of their pieces. If games are no longer “playable” they should be just thrown out. It is not expensive to replace board games at the end of a tourist season. Every one we opened and tried to play, we could not. Another thing is that in the photos it showed a splash pad. There was no splash pad at the condo. Having the splash pad factored into our decision for choosing this condo when comparing it to other places to stay because we have young children. But, when we got there and there was no splash pad and the furniture was incorrect, it was frustrating. We will say the pool was excellent! Someone staying at the condo told us they had updated the pool a few years ago and took the splash pad out. That is fine, but the owners need to update photos online to match what consumers would actually be getting. The pool was large and had a nice shallow end for our small children to play. So we were satisfied with the pool. We were frustrated that the condo was not depicted accurately in the photos. On a positive note, the condo was clean.

My family and I stayed here while my nephew’s baseball team played at a sports complex nearby. Perfect location for restaurants and access to the beach. Pools were amazing after a long day at the ballpark.

Great property on the beach and close to Florabama. Clean, roomy, and perfect for a group.

Loved this unit

This is my second time staying in this specific unit and both experiences have been fantastic. I noticed all of the beautiful upgrades to the bathrooms and decor. Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect!

We loved this condo and it’s location. We loved it so much, that we booked it again for the next year, as soon as we got back. I would hobby recommend staying here!

Do I would restart again for 4 / 5 times remember this was 1 wash. This went on all week. The Refrigerator was too small for that large unit. For Ice, we brought it. The ice maker did not work well. Maybe if the refrigerator was bigger that might help with having more ice. They really need to go through the units more often. I had most of the things fixed and checked out, however the middle bathroom sink faucet cold water did not work, only the hot worked!

The condo's floor-plan is spacious, the balcony large and very pleasant even on chillier days, and the kitchen is well equipped. The only thing we missed was some good reading lamps as we are avid readers. We also suggest that the owners leave a folder with directions for the TV, and fans.
