Thank you for having us! Me and brother were attending a Valorant Champions event at the Kia Forum, and this place was nearby via car and via the bus. It was a convenient place as well to take transportation to the city of LA. The neighborhood was also quiet at night. The host was also helpful with questions from beginning to end. Also, thank you for the snacks!

The property was stayed at by myself and my brother. This cozy little spot is located within 3 miles of SoFi Stadium for those of you looking for a convenient location to get to the stadium. Our property manager was prompt in responding to communication, answered our questions fully, and made our stay excellent. He even took the time to put some snacks and food in the kitchen for us...

Willis was great at communicating, from the check in process to replying during our stay for questions about where to shop for groceries to after when he's still prompt to reply when I inquired if we'd left our daughter's bed time book at the space. Enjoyed the clean place and the considerate touches Willis had in place that made it feel more comfortable and a home away from our home. Thank you Willis!

This was such a wonderful stay! Tons of street parking and a nice location. Plenty of space for my and my friends. Has an air mattress for the living room for people to sleep on, has fans in the living room and bedroom, but the cool air at nice was too. The host was super responsive and active in messaging. This was such a wonderful stay! Tons of street parking and a nice location. Plenty of space for my and my friends. Nice, clean and functional.
Property was exactly as described. Willis left goodies and breakfast items for us and always responded quickly to our questions. Always easy to find a parking spot. Air conditioning was a little funky but got the job done.

Perfect stay
Willis was a great host. Check In and checkout was a breeze. He even let us have a late checkout. My friend left a piece of jewelry behind and Willis was kind enough to ship it back to us! We’re so thankful and appreciative.

We had a touch of cooler temps, and I ended up using the heat, which was akin to a toasty fireplace, which again, went well beyond expectations.

Willis made us feel right at home. He was very accommodating and was always available for any questions. His rental was very convenient for our family. We highly recommend his rental to our family and friends. The rental had all accommodations necessary. Easy access to and all attractions. We enjoyed our stay and will be back soon. Quite neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Enjoyed drinking our complimentary coffee every morning on the porch and enjoying the nice weather.

From the comfortable furnishings to the tasteful and unique decor, our stay was awesome! Willis was pleasant and very accommodating with my numerous requests. We felt like we were coming home. The location was perfect for numerous beaches, shopping and dining out. We also cooked several of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. I could easily live there! Thank you Willis! Comfortable accommodation, appreciated the breakfast and cookies that were left. But, the cupboards and fridge need sorting out! They are full to overflowing with food, many of which items have passed their sell by date and lots of other "stuff".

Perfect For My Needs
Willis’s home was a great find as I was working at the Forum and so happy to find a place near by. It is a very quiet, safe and clean neighborhood. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and pretty much anything you’d need near by. It is also very close to the airport which is a plus. Thank you Willis!

2nd stay even more Superior that 1st!
So our 2nd stay here at this beautifully kept home was even more warm and inviting as we felt we were coming home to our 2nd home. Willis takes care of every little detail, which makes it superior to any other property we have ever stayed at. In my opinion once you have stayed here, no other place can come close to compare to! Everything about this place was nice. It felt like home. We were all comfortable. Its accessible to get to all the hotspots in LA. The owner went grocery shopping for us. Great service and can't wait to return in 2018.

Quaint Perfection
This is my second time having the pleasure of staying at this lovely property.
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood not fact from the airport. There is plenty parking available.

We found a piece of Heaven in LA
What a beautiful home! I had read the reviews before we decided to rent it and believe me the reviews don't come close to absolutely how wonderful this home is! This property is not only well taken care of, inside and out, but gives you the feeling when you walk in the door that you are home! From some food in the refrigerator to all kinds of amenities you might have forgotten, like your toothbrush. The gentleman who owns this is fabulous on every detail and lets you know he is available via text or phone for any question you might have during your stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the location to just about anywhere in the area was awesome! Will we be back? Absolutely! We won't stay anywhere else!

Perfect Location & Cozy Place
This was a last minute find for us that was a definite blessing. Willis, was great since day one of our reservation and was always available for anything we had a question about or needed some explanation on. Willis, also bought some basic grocery items for us before we arrived and home was well stocked from food, linens, pillows and comforters if needed.
This home made us feel at home and we enjoyed some late nights up watching Netflix and listening to music. The only negative for us is that this unit at the time that we rented it had no AC and it's so well insulated that it held heat very well. We would definitely stay at this home again and were very thankful for Mr. Willis's hospitality.
