This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and absolutely love it. Great space for a family, pool is nice, ocean view unreal and super friendly neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. Amazing views. Comfy beds. Loved having a choice of sitting by the pool or taking the loungers on the beach (& there are loungers for at least 10). Though public, it felt like it was our own private beach. George was great & wanted to meet every need. The only challenge for us was there were no kitchen staples like we are used to in all other VRBOs we've rented (spices, zip locks, foil, ect) We rented a home rather than going all inclusive because it's usually more cost effective when feeding the family, but it ended up costing more just to get basic cooking staples that most rentals have left from previous renters. It would have been nice to know this before so we could have planned a liitle better, but certainly won't discourage us from returning. Thank you for a perfect trip.

Our family of 10 stayed for a week over Thanksgiving 2022. The location was great. Not close to the main beaches but a bit closer to the best beach IMO (Baby Beach). Zeerovers Restaurant is a very short walk away from the Villa and it's such a cool place! We rented the owner's van for the week which worked out great for all the other places we went. The bedroom situation is fabulous. They are all spacious and have their own full bathroom. The coolest thing ever is the dock at the villa that you can jump off into the water. There's also a ladder you can climb down as well. It's about 6 or 7 feet deep there and the water is very clear with a sandy bottom. We rented kayaks and there is an old fish camp that we kayaked 10 minutes to a few times. And the water is crystal clear there. The owner, Edward, was great with communication before our trip. And the property manager, George, was just fantastic. He lives a few minutes away and would check on us frequently for whatever we needed. We had him arrange massages on the little beach in front of the villa and the 6 adults got massages. It was really special. We had a minor emergency (not health related) and without going into detail, I'll just say that George saved the day. Just remember, you are in the tropics. Although we didn't have a problem with mosquitos, we did have flies coming into the villa. If having access to the ocean is important to you, you will love having the dock right there to jump into the water after a muddy ATV tour or in the morning for a quick swim. We also did a snorkeling tour with Missys Watersports which was great. And there are an abundance of good restaurants which we enjoyed every night for dinner. Aruba has so much to offer. Believe the reviews, you will love George.

We had a wonderful experience! Space was perfect for our group of friends and we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. George and Edward were wonderful to work with!

We love our property manager George. He responded very quickly to any requests and gave us tips on where to shop for groceries and the best places to dine. He brought over a fishing rod and gave us tips on when to fish. The property was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Walking I to the Villa with the break taking views solidifies the start to what you know will be an experience. Love love love. George is so incredibly accommodating and Edward is so responsive. Can’t wait til the next visit.

If you are looking for a beautiful home with spectacular views away from the hustle and bustle of the low-rise and high-rise areas, this is the perfect spot. Interact with the locals if desired or keep to yourselves. There is plenty to do but if you need more action, take your car and drive to it.

Villa Fillipe was an amazing place to spend a week in Aruba. The Villa itself was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The location is magnificent with the most beautiful views. Although the pictures are gorgeous, seeing it in person was breathtaking. Waking up to the gorgeous view of the ocean and falling asleep to the waves crashing made for a very magical trip! George the caretaker is an added bonus to this gorgeous villa. George went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of with a smile on his face and a thumbs up! I can't wait to visit again.

Edward and George was not only great host but have turn into great friends were me and my entire crew can't wait to visit again. Edward told me in the door what ever I needed or wanted to happen this weekend that he can make happen and OMG did he become a man of his word. Him and George truly made this a weekend that the bride to be will never forget by being so accommodating and friendly and making sure we was good every step of the way from our request of a Chief, to massages on the beach and to ATV/UTVs and a great night life screen if needed!!! From beginning to the end this was amazing!!! George was great, our chef was prepared our meals to perfection. The house is amazing thw view is beautiful. I suggest hiring the personal chef Shirly was great. Ill be back soon!!!

We LOVED this property and the pictures on the website matches the beautiful scene in person. We were greeted by George upon arrival and we were treated like family until we departed the country. George checked on us daily & set us up with excursions, a personal chef (everything tasted great), and an onsite rental van for our own leisure. George even transported us back to the airport when it was time to leave. We will definitely be back! This rental property is definitely a home away from home. Great setup and just as advertised. Plenty of room for our party of 9 and very clean. Within walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the island. Our house manager George was awesome and helped arrange dinner reservations and snorkeling trips. Very near to the top snorkeling reefs on the island. Will want to rent one of the house cars to get to the tourist areas and downtown.

I stayed in 2 of Edward's properties with 23 guests. The properties were immaculate and the location was superb. The rooms were large and the views were simply amazing. Waking up there every morning was truly a pleasure. We made some beautiful memories on the small private beach behind the villas. We were about 25 minutes from everywhere. Edward arranged for our transport vans, which were delivered to the villas and waiting for us when we arrived. His property manager, Michel, was always available and took great care of us while on the island, assisting us with every need. The villas definitely added a phenomenal touch to our visit to Aruba and we will definitely be back to book all 3!

Edward was incredible as we got ready to come and stay at this gorgeous property in Savaneta, Aruba. The pics on line are true to the experience! A high end vacation with family from 1 to 59, and accommodations for all. George is this property’s secret gem. He set us up with memorable restaurants (the food and service consistently good), masseuse’s, and a chef for our last night. Tough to go home, but easy to remember our experience. 10/10.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! Recommend to anyone looking for an Aruba experience “off the beaten path” in Savaneta. Owner Edward and local assistant George very accommodating, private beach and little pier for swimming/snorkeling. George took care of arrangements for car, restaurant reservations, massages and tours. 5 stars!

This is a great house on the water away from the main city, but within 30 min to palm beach and 15 to downtown. More than enough space for our group of 9. House has its own washer and dryer. Property manager checked on us everyday and brought us extra beach towels when requested. Property has rental cars you can reserve as well, we didn’t know that so we rented from the airport before we got here. Our only big request to make a great house better would be to include full length mirrors in the bedrooms as there are currently none in the house. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a amazing property. It is quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the island but still close by everything. Great restaurants within walking distance. The pool is the perfect size and the house had everything you need to relax and have a great time. The best part of all was George. When ever we had questions or needed something, George was there to help with a smile on his face. He even helped us arrange for the Shirley to come cook dinner for us in the house while we were able to relax in the pool. When I come back to Aruba, I will be staying here again without a doubt.

Property manager George was attentive, extremely helpful and informative. Checked frequently with us to ensure everything was satisfactory. This was without a doubt the perfect place to return with our family. Now trying to arrange for our entire family to visit around work schedules for 2 police officers, 1 firefighter, 3 students and 3 professionals and a toddler (her schedule is the only one that is flexible). When we can get a time that could work for us this property would accommodate everyone perfectly!!

This property was everything we hoped for! The pictures don't do it justice. There is nothing that can compare to this ocean view villa, and stunning architecture overlooking the water. We loved watching the sunset from our patio every night and swimming in the pool. The private beach is the cherry on top! Edward is absolutely amazing and so friendly. He did everything to make our stay perfect and comfortable. I would 100% return!

We loved staying at Villa Fillipe. We were a group of 12 people and the house fit us perfectly. We had plenty of room and did not feel crowded. Edward was very helpful throughout the stay. He would check up on us frequently to make sure we had everything. He was very quick to respond if we needed anything. George was the guy who we met during our stay. He was very friendly and very helpful. He even offered to bring an extra car to help us bring our luggage to the airport, which saved us an extra trip. This property had it all. The views were amazing, especially during sunset. The house itself was new and looked like something out of a magazine. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.
