Our stay at San Marco suite was fantastic. Everything from the service to the amenities exceeded our expectations.
Ylenia was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Prior to our stay, I have contacted Ylenia and she is extremely patient and friendly. She answered to all my queries very promptly.
The room was spotless and the area is perfect for my family of 3. So Spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the effort put into maintaining such a high level of cleanliness too.
The location is perfect. Walking distance of less than 10mins and we will reach Rialto ferry station.
It’s definitely the accommodation that my family is looking for.

It was well kept and modern
There were many many stairs to the apartment that were not indicated in the advertisement. I have double knee replacements and it was hard to get up and down. When I told Ylenia this she says it was indicated in the advertisement and that Venice has many steps. I’m aware of the steps in Venice as I am not a first time traveler.

Great location, in the very center but very quiet. Clean, comfortable. You can leave the luggage if arrive early.
If you want to order a taxi, it is not possible except if you go to the nearest hotel and ask them a favor.

Terrace apartment did not work for us. No seperate bathroom and shower in open in small living space. Small basin and mirror in tiny toilet room which is also in living room with no power points. Unsafe boards on terrace area. Steep stairwell direct from the apartment entry.

Fantastic location just a few hundred metres fro St Mark’s square. Stylish room with a wonderful private roof terrace with views of the Bell Tower

The property is centrally located, it is approximately 15min walk from all major tourist attractions. It is located in a historic building but made to look extremely modern. l personally loved everything about the decor, its soo me - I felt like I have a piece of me in Venice
The stairs - the stairs are not that bad, the building does not have an escalator so carrying heavy bags up to the suite was not so nice.

Spacious for being in the middle of Venice to accommodate our family of 4 and our apartment was on level 1 so great for taking luggage not too far up. location could not have been better, so easy to walk in either direction to San Marco square or Rialto Bridge. communication was fantastic and staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

40 stairs to get to the apartment - no lift - but that is standard in most apartments

Location was amazing. The contact person was super helpful and the accommodations were very comfortable. One bedroom for parents and sofa bed for our daughter. Would stay again.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay ..... Beautifully furnished and had everything we needed...... Warm for the chilly February evenings....... Perfect location for everything we wanted to see and do ....... Lovely helpful and friendly receptionist there every day .......

Location and size of apartment was fabulous and staff were fantastic!
Stayed in San Marco 753 unit 8 and the noise from the above unit was very loud which I suppose is to be expected from such old buildings however made sleep difficult. This was the only negative.

Great location for sight seeing, close to basilica and doge's palace. Plenty of space in the apartment. Great decor. Easy checkin process. Clean.
A/C didn't seem to work in Living area or bedroom. It was a bit stuffy with the late autumn heat. A fan for air circulation would have been nice (opening window lets mosquitos in).

very clean and newly renovated property. was very comfortable and close to what Venice had to offer.
no lift in the buildings, so if you have many bags or cannot carry bags up several flights of steep stairs then not the place for you.
It is situated directly between Rialto and San Marco wharf stops. would recommend a direct boat transfer from the airport or termini to hotel splendid wharf.
we took the public ferry to Rialto bridge from the airport and had to walk a few hundred metres with bags to get to the hotel and up and down stairs across a few bridges and then carry everything up-to the rooms. while not an impossible task just for consideration.
