The room was great and clean.
The hair dryer and coffee machine was not working.

The entire room was beautiful. It was very clean without the overbearing odor of dirt and disinfectant. It was quiet. My only complaint was that on my floor, the ice maker didn't work. But, the next floor down did, a quick ride in the elevator and I had all the ice I needed. I will probably always stay at ohkay casino in Espanola every time I spend the night there.

.nice clean hotel, showers were nice with great water pressure and beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly.
Over all stay was pleasant. I'm sure if I focus on what I didn't like I cam find something but I had a great stay and staff was great. Very clean hotel.

Staff is rude at the front desk and very unhelpful. Like they hate being there. Very rude. Never help with requested rooms. Asked for handicap accessible for 89 year old said not available when called to reserve said they never received requests

Wonderful front desk staff, very clean and huge room, super comfortable bed, welcoming bartenders and staff in the lounge, security staff always visible. Danced all night to the tunes of Cuarenta y Cinco and had a truly good stay at Ohkay Casino!

The property was pretty sketchy there was a couple times we definitely did not feel safe on the hotel property.

Nice spacious rooms. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Casino was fun. The food venues were very good.
The town is a little rough and run down.

We have always been very comfortable at this location. We have stayed numerous times over the past twenty years and we will continue to do so. Great place to stay. Staff goes above and beyond to assist with anything that is needed to make your stay awesome.

Room was too cold, not able to adjust the temperature. Poor tv channel selection.

The room was too cold, TV selection was very poor and the WIFI connection was almost non existent.

There was no breakfast. There was a Starbucks at the entrance of the hotel/casino and the coffee was good but there were really no breakfast choices.
The room was big and fairly clean. The curtains had stains and the terrace/patio area outside was littered with cigarette butts. Not very appealing...
When we checked in, we attempted to get a bite to eat at the cafe, but they virtually had no menu items available.

Room was great. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome.
Staff in the nightclub could be a little more friendly. We were told a manager in that department would give us a call but never had a callback.
