Kostenlose Parkplätze vor Ort, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Old Colorado City! 10 Minuten Fahrt zum Manitou Springs, 15 min. in die Innenstadt Colorado Springs, 15 min. In den Garten der Götter, zu einer Stunde Creek Cripple. Die Küche hat Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster für die Gäste. Handtücher, Geschirr für 4, Gewürze und Kochgeschirr für die Verwendung in der Küche, kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee. Wifi, lokales Fernsehen und VCR / DVD-Player mit Auswahl an Filmen, Brettspielen vor Ort. Lokale Attraktion und Fest / Restaurantinformationen aufgeführt sind, sowie in der Nähe Geschäfte, Banken, Waschsalon, usw. Lokale Karten und touristische Broschüren für die Gäste. I stayed here by myself for a little R&R and overall it was a nice place. It is very old and in need of some updates. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. The bed was warm and comfy. The couch is just a loveseat and there's space for a bigger couch which would have been nice for watching TV. There isn't any apps on the TV, just cable so that could be updated as well. Even just having a Roku would let your guests sign into their apps themselves. The shower is low - I'm 5'7" and I had to bend over to get my hair wet so definitely not TPF (tall people friendly). The location is quiet other then a fire truck that went by a couple times. There is a fan for white nice in the bedroom which is nice. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless some updates were done but the price was right and it served my needs and I enjoyed my weekend.

We came here to visit family and hike, the incline, as well as garden of the gods and Leadville train. This location was perfect because it was 5015 minutes max from anywhere we wanted to go in Colorado Springs including restaurants. I highly recommend this location even though it’s a tiny spot.

We had a quick 1-night stay before riding the Cog Railway to Pike's Peak the next morning. Very convenient and quick drive to get there from this location. We were able to walk to a few options for dinner. We had a good stay - might suggest a little larger TV, but it worked fine! Thanks - and we would stay here again.

For what I wanted this place is great! I wanted a central location and a walkable neighborhood. I greatly enjoyed being able to walk to dinner each evening two things I had not thought about before going here there is a TV and it is not a smart TV, the kitchen is functional and small without a dishwasher. Neither of these was a problem for me. I just had not thought to look for them. I am very happy with my stay and would love to return.

We were very happy with our stay. Location in the NW corner of Old Colorado City was perfect for us and Andra is a wonderful host. Wiring in the apartment is original 50's vintage so we could have used an extra spike bar and/or extension cord. We plan to make a return trip, maybe more...

Perfect location for my short stay. Traveled solo and felt very safe here. Cleanliness was great, which is super important to me. Andra is very sweet and was wonderful to work with.

Just what I needed while scoping out the area. A quick walk to historic downtown and short drive to red rock open space and Garden of the Gods.
Appreciated the tea and coffee in the kitchen and cold water in the fridge!

What a wonderful and cozy home! In an optimal location, too. Would visit again. We were able to walk to the Old Town area of the city from the house, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Location
The unit was in a great location, just blocks from Old Colorado City. Spacious enough for my husband and me. Quiet neighborhood. Small glitch with the toilet, but quick response time from Andra. Thanks to handyman Tommy for quickly coming to our rescue!

Going in, I knew the location was central to my activities while in the area, but it also turned out to be a quiet, comfortable and friendly neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly (one shoveled my walk when it snowed) and Andra introduced herself, made sure the kitchen contained items I needed and was available if needed. It was a good stay.

This cute property was in a quiet location but conveniently located near restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and local attractions. Downtown Old Colorado City, with many restaurants and cute shops, is an easy 10 minutes walk down the hill. We spent a whole day at the beautiful Garden of the Gods, and we also took the cog railway to the summit of Pikes Peak. The Pioneer Museum in Colorado Springs is definitely worth a stop. The Olympic museum and training venues were not open during our stay, unfortunately. Guess we’ll have to come back sometime.

Closer to our trip, I read that there was no AC. With the recent heat wave, I was extremely nervous. But there is a window unit in the living room and fans to move the air to the bedroom. We were very comfortable. The location is perfect for all your activities. We would stay again!

Old Colorado City Get Away
This is a great place to stay for doing day trips to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and many other places to see. Also great for just walking the streets of Old Colorado City for some shopping, and dining.
The property was clean and very comfortable.
The owner was a great communicator and had some nice tips for dining and directions for using things around the property.
