Wonderful beachfront condo

I was in town for a conference and had a wonderful time at this condo. Location was awesome, check in was super easy and everything during my stay was fantastic. Looking forward to booking again

The condo was great. No problems with anything and well stocked. We were disappointed that the pool was closed due to construction but other than the construction it was a great place to stay

We were told the outside of the building would be painted during our stay. It is a complete remodel instead. Windows had been replaced but no trim or window coverings were up upon our arrival. On Monday, they came in and put brown paper on the bedroom windows to give us some privacy from the construction workers on the scaffolding outside the windows. They start work about 7:30am hammering, scraping, repairing stucco with machines, replacing the sliding doors on the balcony, etc. sometimes they were working on our balcony sometimes not so hit or miss whether you could sit out and enjoy the view. The pool is closed during all the construction and for beach access you have to walk out the parking lot area and around through the constructed walkway. Not scheduled to be done until Memorial Day 2022. All said we still had a nice stay bc we were there to be on the beach and that was still amazing and right out the door basically. Just wish we would have been warned about the construction and pool closing. Would consider staying here again because the location was perfect and the building should be nice when construction is completed.

The condo was right on the beach. Loved that! It was very clean and comfortable. Would have liked to have known that the building was undergoing construction/repair. The first night, there were no windows in the condo--they were covered by plastic. The road noise made sleeping difficult. Workmen came in the next day (they were in the condo all day) and installed the windows--but there were no curtains or blinds, as the molding around the windows had not been replaced. There was banging, drilling, and the beep, beep of equipment moving. Really liked the condo and location, but was not expecting the noise of repairs.

The condo was perfect.. the view was amazing. The condo was very clean and the owner is very easy to communicate with. The only thing negative I have to say was the outside of the building it’s self nothing to due the condo. It needs some TLC.

The property was just as pictured and described. The view of and access to the ocean was amazing! Our family of 5 had plenty of room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. If we visit Gulf Shores, we will definitely stay here again.

When we first got there the condo hadn't been cleaned. I contacted Connie. She was super nice about it all then the cleaning people showed up. The condo was perfect for us. We had a great stay and would stay again. The building is a little old but the condo itself was nice.

My family and I enjoyed staying in Connie's condo! We have been to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area 3-4 other times, and this was the shortest walk to the beach we have ever had. We never wore shoes! The condo was decorated so cute! We had great view of the ocean- AC worked great- water pressure was wonderful.

The condo was perfectly located. It helped so much have the washer and dryer there so that we didn't have to do a ton of laundry when we returned home. The owner, Connie, was very responsive and kind. So glad we chose to stay there and will definitely contact Connie again when we return to Gulf Shores!

The building itself is old and run down but the condo is pretty nice. The handle on sliding door needs to be tightened or replaced and need to add one to the outside of door to make sliding easier.

Plenty of room, everything we needed (including beach chairs and boogie boards!), had a wonderful stay. You know you are dealing with integrity when your daughter leaves her wallet with cash and they mail it back to you!! Recommend!

The condo was closed by FEMA for construction. She wasn't supposed to have renters because there was no security and FIRE systems available. She only had smoke alarms in her unit. So, if there was a fire any where else in the building we would have no idea. She was supposed to refund half our money and didn't. I am very disappointed in the whole situation. She literally ruined our vacation. Other than that fiasco the unit is located in a nice area, but it could be a little cleaner. The couch needs a deep clean.

We had a good time in Gulf Shores! The weather was chilly some days but we made the most of it by checking out Gulf Shores State Park and geocaching! The condo was perfect for our needs. We were all comfortable, had room to spread out and loved being right on the beach. Morning coffee on the deck was wonderful.

The condo was perfect for our first stay to Gulf Shores. Love how it was right on the beach. The beds were comfortable. I guess the only complaint we had was the sliding door to the balcony...hard to open and close (definitely needs some work) otherwise we were happy❤️

We were able to see dolphins from the deck. Connie, the owner, was wonderful to work with and answered every question or concern that we had. I would recommend this place to anyone. The door going to the deck was a little hard to open and close but we knew this going in and with young kids, it made it hard for them to go out on the deck unattended. We hope to book this again in a couple of years unless our family gets bigger. Thank you Connie for opening your condo up to us. My 5 year old granddaughter loved it and we got to share some wonderful memories.
