Ihr privates Studio hat vollen Zugang zur Hinterhof-Terrasse mit einem Holzkohlegrill, einer Hängematte zum Entspannen und einer Außendusche, nachdem Sie einen ganzen Tag am Strand genossen haben.
Das Haus:
Wir vermieten ein privates Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit eigenem Eingang. Draußen haben Sie Ihre eigene Terrasse mit einem Tisch und Sonnenschirm zusammen mit einem modernen Sitzbereich, sowie die erstaunliche Hängematte. Das private Schlafzimmer hat keinen Zugang zum Rest des Hauses. Schlafzimmer kommt mit Roku TV mit Zugang zu Netflix, Kabel-Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und einer französischen Presse für Morgenkaffee.
Zuletzt; Wir haben auf all unseren Reisen festgestellt, dass der wichtigste Teil eines guten Urlaubs eine gute Nacht ist. Aus diesem Grund ist das Queen-Size-Bett, in dem Sie schlafen werden, eine top-of-the-line-orthopädische Matratze.

Our host are on site and we’re available for questions. They were both very friendly and accommodating.
The studio was very clean, but the backyard was definitely an oasis and we spent most of our time back there.
You are only a couple of blocks Ocean, and a few minutes to many restaurants entertainment, and shopping in Cocoa Beach. We were lucky enough to see two launches right off the beach thank you Andrea and Christopher for welcoming us to your studio.

Check in was super easy. Very clean. Modern facilities and decor. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurant and bar. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check out. Great owners!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. Andrea and Chris were so helpful and accommodating, and their dogs (who would greet us on occasion when entering or leaving our fenced in, private oasis) were the sweetest! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there were lots of drawers and spaces for storing clothes, etc. Having a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and even toaster were so convenient. Everything was so close by, including the beach (which was within easy walking distance). We would definitely stay here again!

We loved out stay here! It was so nice having the backyard as a space to chill out and enjoy meals together! Their restaurant suggestions were great! They really have everything there that you need! We will definitely consider this place again next time we are in town. Thanks again!

Property was easy to find, private, up to date and clean. Lots of essentials provided...coffee, TP, paper towels, plastic cups. Bed was comfortable and patio was absolutely beautiful. Close proximity to the beach and walking distance to gas station and restaurants. We had ebikes delivered and had a blast riding up to the jetty park and down to the pier. Host is on site and very helpful, puppies are so very sweet. I would sneak them into the back patio in the morning so I could get some cuddles. Would definitely recommend and will book again the next time we travel.

Within walking distance of the ocean and restaurants. Beautiful patio area, close to the cruise ship port, uber readily accessible. Great Hosts!! Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic time with our stay. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. Our favorite part might just have been the hammock that we laid in each night, what a fantastic treat. We appreciated the book that was in the room which offered dining recommendations nearby. Ellie Mae’s Tiki Bar was a great recommendation. Thanks again.

We absolutely loved this place! Perfect location and just the right size for my boyfriend and I. The outdoor space was so peaceful and relaxing, loved the garden. We also loved being greeted by all 3 dogs, they were so sweet! Thank you for opening your home to us, we will definitely be back!

If i could give 10 stars I would have! The privacy is amazing the outdoor area is perfect. The room is decorated so nicely. Everything is super clean, everything we could possibly need during our stay was provided for us. Every picture and description were what they said it was. Andrea and Chris thought of everything to make our stay so enjoyable. The walk to the beach was short. Be sure to visit the outside bar/restaurant at Ellie Mae's Tiki Bar within walking distance as well. Good food great atmosphere. Will definitely stay again when we come down to visit friends.

The location/ property was amazing! Super close to the beach. The place was nice, the outdoor area was perfect- exactly what we were looking for. Host was very kind. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

Andrea does a great job with her property in giving them everything they need and providing essentials. If need anything she was available and easy to work with, property is very beautiful and good for a casual stay. Close enough to beach to walk and right near a lot of good food locations or stores if need anything. Highly recommend property for couples looking to get away.

This is a delightful property only a few blocks from the beach, definitely within walking distance. The suite itself is very comfortable and the private outdoor space is equipped with a prep sink and, grill, and gas fire pit. There isn't a full kitchen but there is a portable propane burner that is useful if you want to cook. The hosts were very communicative and responded quickly to my messages. Would recommend for single or couple.

Great place to stay! Close to the beach, various restaurants and bars. Greatly appreciated the cold waters waiting for us in the mini fridge and the coffee and coffee maker for me in the mornings. It felt more like staying with friends. Will for sure return and stay longer next time around. Also, the pups were a great addition, even though we didn’t run into them often. Thanks for a great place to stay!

This property was really nice. A lot of thought went in to making this feel like a getaway while being very homey. The room is in the back of the property, separate entrance, and has a lovely relaxing patio. It’s also very close to the port canaveral docks. We would love to stay again!

Loved the hosts, location, they had everything you need, and the back yard is truly an oasis! Watched and felt a launch, super cool, their doggies are adorable. Great place and would highly recommend it! A few blocks from a quiet part of the beach to boot!

We loved this place. The host was very nice. The yard was great! And the town was awesome.
We just did a two-night stay and did not need a whole house. This was much better than a hotel.
It is located about 3 short blocks from the beach. The host has a beach shed for you, so you don't need chairs, umbrellas, or anything else. There are some cute places within 2 miles of the property too. We walked just about everywhere. The locals were super friendly.
It was a great stay. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The place was exactly as pictured. It's a perfect place to stay as a couple if you don't plan on spending a ton of time in your room. It's so cute and the patio is the absolute best! Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely backyard oasis. The room was very comfortable with easy access to all we enjoy in Port Canaveral. Andrea and Chris were very hospitable and layout all that is available for our stay. We will definitely stay again, hopefully soon. Best Beach getaway.

My husband and I celebrated our 28th anniversary here. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing. We enjoyed the outside space throughly and loved their pups. Inside has everything a person could wish for. We loved our stay and plan on returning in the future!!

First off, love the doggies. Just what a single or couple need for a quite and restful stay. Three bocks to the beach, plenty of places to see and eat. Very cool to see two SpaceX launch's in one week. The folks who run this stay are very wonderful. We'll be back.

From being greeted by our great hosts and their adorable pups to staying in the comfortable, tastefully decorated studio with it’s festive lit very private patio, we loved every minute… walking distance to the beautiful beach. And great place to catch a rocket launch. Close to all restaurants and stores. Can’t say enough about this beautiful property. Looking forward to one day coming back and spending more time at this beautiful place.

Adorable and well appointed property! Andrea has thought of everything we would need. The outdoor area is very private and so cute and functional. We sat outside every moment we could. The beach access is just a few blocks away. We watched a couple of night rocket launches from the beach that were amazing.

We really enjoyed this studio apartment at the back of the owners house! It was very private with our own little garden/patio area. The owner was helpful and flexible when we asked to arrive a day early. The beach is a easy 5 minute walk away. We would stay here again!

Gifted my parents a small weekend getaway for their anniversary and they came home with nothing but positive reviews! They had such an awesome time exploring Cape Canaveral. Andrea was out of town and her friend was there watching the house, who was very friendly and even the cute dogs that they got to say hello to! They enjoyed the beach with access to all of Andreas beach accessories! They would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Andrea’s place is a great location. It is a short walk or drive to the beach. Also close to restaurants and Ron Jon’s Surf Shop. We dined at Seafood Atlantic which had excellent fresh caught seafood and Andrea recommended the Fat Donkey for ice cream, which was totally worth the line we waited in. We enjoyed our stay and chatting with Andrea and meeting her pups! We would happily stay again if we are in the area. Blessings to you, Andrea!
