It was as great as advertised. No suprises. Amazing ocean views. Very clean, good amenities. BBQ’s were clean. We’ll stay again.

The views from this property are absolutely amazing! Customer support was wonderful as well. Great location with the beach right out front, and restaurants and attractions all within short walking distances. A wonderful stay!

Great place to stay, the views were gorgeous

I cannot recommend this rental enough. The location is amazing - right on the beach and at the beginning of the boardwalk. Easy to walk everywhere and amazing ocean sounds at night. The apartment is well-equipped with beach towels and chairs as well as everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed is comfortable, the shower has great water pressure and balcony is incredible. We had trouble with the wifi when we checked in and Kim and Jenny took care of it immediately. I wouldn't hesitate at all to stay here again!

Loved having the space to spread out. Comfortable seating. Sitting on the deck drinking coffee and watching the surfers was so relaxing and enjoyable - exactly what we needed for the drop off of my son to CP. It would have been nice to have a stool to get in and out of the tall bed (I'm only 5'2") and had to climb in and slide off the edge of the bed to the floor. The bed was comfortable, tough. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the condo it was perfect for us. The location can’t be beat we walked everywhere, shops restaurants are so close. The views and deck were perfect, hearing the waves nonstop. Kitchen well stocked however we didn’t cook. We loved the huge bedroom and comfy bed with a slider to the deck. Our new spot when in Pismo!

Pros- location, location, location. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Like I said you can't beat the location and the view. What it lacks is care for details like amenities. Kitchen is minimally stocked. No coffee, condiments, . No ice maker or water filter. No shampoo or conditioner. It just a basic place to stay with a wonderful view.

Second time we have booked. I LOVE the view and the price!! It is very well priced for the view and location convenience. Grateful for that so my family, on a budget, can enjoy it.

Spotless, quiet apartment right on the sand. Just the right size for my husband and I. Bedroom has lovely cross ventilation (so not having A/C was not an issue) and dual ocean views. Great communication from owner and well-appointed space. Parking is a bit cumbersome but nice to have a covered garage. The apt. overhangs the cul-de-sac turnaround at the beach so it's busy with cars and small trucks throughout the day but it was not a deal-breaker for noise. Long balcony along the front of unit is perfect for morning coffee time. We didn't cook so no dishwasher didn't bother us. Carpeting could use a good shampoo. Both living room and bedroom allow you to hear waves crashing all day long!

This unit is on the top floor of the building with a 180 degree view of the beach and Pismo Pier. Lots of windows for natural light. The balcony was a lovely place to sit any time of day for people watching, sunset watching and surfer watching. The unit itself was larger than we expected, the main bedroom was huge with a comfy bed, balcony, and foldout couch. How nice for us from Arizona to escape the heat, open the sliders with a cool breeze, and listen to the waves all night! The Livingroom had a foldout couch and the kitchen was a good size, fully stocked with dishes etc. The unit also came with beach towels and chairs which was good for us long distance travelers. We walked to many fun restaurants near the pier. It was a perfect location, clean, updated, would definitely come back again! The only noteworthy info to share is that the unit is up two flights of stairs which might not work for some people but it was fine for us.

This beach house is absolutely beautiful. The location is awesome. Very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect vacation home for our family . We will be returning.

This was the best ocean side value in California. There are ocean views to the south, west and north since this property is 20 feet closer to the ocean than other properties. The kitchen has all needed pots, pans, plates and glasses. Jenny replies quickly to messages and accommodated our early check-in with refrigerated items. This property is only two blocks from the pier and all the great restaurants (we recommend the Oyster Loft...and Ada's). I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Spacious, clean and well-equipped property. The big feature is the location on the top floor, fronting the beach, with a balcony that runs the full width of the building. The building is set farther west toward the beach than all of those around it so there are great 180+ degree views from any window or the balcony. Will return!

The place is amazing Location being a few steps from the beach is fantastic The only challenge is the garage, if your car has low ground clearance you’ll scrape getting in I had to park on the street so as not to scratch my car, and it’s stock not lowered

Beautiful oceanfront views from every window & a fabulous deck. The common area of this complex allowed us to barbecue & have a large family Thanksgiving in the outside courtyard. The only bummer was no dishwasher.
