We enjoyed the stay even though the weather didn’t help us experience the FL typical 70s . We will come back again another time.

Great location and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway vacation. Everything was as described and Tina was great to work with. No complaints.

The information leading up to the visit was very helpful and thorough. The condo was nice enough. Plenty of sleeping space and convenient extras left by the host. (Too much in the pantry though. There was nowhere to put groceries because it was packed with every dish you'll never need, ie 37 plates!) I went with a large group and we had a total of four condos in this complex. Theirs were much larger, nicely renovated and had bigger, screened-in porches. The beach is close enough to walk to if you're solo and are only taking a few things but if you have kids and toys, you won't want to have to carry all your beach stuff that far and across the street so plan to park and pay with a max of 8-hr stay in the public access parking lot. Be sure to be completely out at checkout, even if you're carrying the last of your things down AT 10AM (while all of our friends' checkout times in the same complex were 11), the cleaner will be there rushing you. We almost left a load of clothes in the dryer because we felt so panicked.

Condo was great with all you needed for a beach vacation. Short walk to the beach and small pool right next to the condo. Our host Tina was always available to message and help with any questions!

Perfect location, close to everything! Short walk to the beach. Quiet & friendly neighborhood which was a plus. The condo had all the basics that you need! Super easy to check-in & communicate with Tina. Would definitely stay here again!!

If you rented this condo please read! I did not want to leave a negative review, but I hope to spare other renters from the nightmare that I am dealing with today. Please take pictures of the the tattered couch, and chairs, the broken washing machine detergent dispenser door, the broken shades in both bedrooms, and any other defects that you see the day you move in, or risk being charged after your stay. We rented this condo for a week. The first day the shades in both bedrooms fell down when we tried to pull them down. The small bedroom blind hanger fell down because the screws were stripped. The detergent door to the washer was broken off. I immediately contacted the owner about those issues and she knew of them, and said no problem. Unfortunately because I was on vacation I failed to also tell her that all the living room furniture was old, dirty and damaged. I didn’t realize that I was supposed to spend my vacation contacting her about the defects in the condo. Now the things that I didn’t tell her because I was trying not to complain. The bathtub would barely drain, so my husband plunged a massive gob of gross hair out of that. The large area rugs in the condo are all dirty. The fabric couch and chair were both dirty and the couch is all frayed on the left hand side. The blue upholstered chair had cracks on the seat and on the front. During our stay the pleather from those cracks on the chair began to peel. Unfortunately I didn’t contact the owner about the peeling. That was an expensive mistake. I did take pictures of the holes in the window sills, the dirty rugs, the broken washing machine detergent door, but never thought she would blame the tattered furniture on us. We left the unit at 10:07am on December 30th, and by 10:58am I had an email stating that she was charging my credit card $350 for a new chair. She admitted that the chair was cracked before we got there. (I wonder if whoever put the cracks in the chair also got charged for a new chair when they left?). I have tried calling and messaging her to speak directly and come up with a solution to this, but she won’t return my calls. I have contacted VRBO to dispute the $350 charge. What a miserable way to end our family Christmas vacation. On a brighter note, we rented a different condo at Madeira Beach Yacht Club for the same time period for our Daughter’s family. That was a beautiful updated condo, and the owner was great to work with.

Condo is near grocery store, CVS, restaurants and bars, beach. Condo needs a few changes like reversing the frig door, repair or replace the thermostat. Well equipped and comfortable. The amenities were not as described, probably due to COVID restrictions. Billiards closed, not sure why because the office adjoins the billiard room. Men’s sauna did not work. The condo office staff were not helpful and defensive when you asked them anything. Place was OK but there are hundreds of similar places.

We had a wonderful vacation and were very impressed and appreciative of the help provided by the owner Tina Mumm. She was very informative and responsive to all of our inquiries. The location was ideal and the condo was very clean and comfortable. We definitely enjoyed a 5 stars experience.

First VRBO experience and Tina made it easy. Great communication and very accommodating to our needs (provided a pack-n-play for our 2-year old and a booster seat). Condo location is perfect if you do not want to have a car (grocery store, drug store, restaurants, cafe and beach are all within walking distance). We did have a car and found this to be a great jumping off spot to other gulf attractions. Kitchen is very very well stocked if you wish to cook.

So very happy with this condo—great location, great unit—secure, very clean, cold a/c, hot water, comfy bed, well-stocked kitchen, fantastic water views on the property, friendly neighbors, short walking distance to a gorgeous sandy beach, trolley stops, stores, restaurants and grocery. We enjoyed it here very much!! Tina was helpful to send a repair person for a problem we had and was easy to deal with. If you can find open dates, book it!!
