Two nice bathrooms and beautiful full kitchen as well. Master bedroom opens to the oceanfront large balcony. Great corner unit, nicely tucked into corner of the pool area and beach. Played tennis on a nice court as well. We will be staying here again!

The views were spectacular, the condo nicely appointed, and the location is unbeatable. We will definitely stay there again! We also especially appreciated the personal call from Bryant Real Estate letting us know how to obtain our keys for a late check-in. BRE made it so easy to arrive after a long day of work, quickly get our packet from their lockbox, and immediately *relax* while listening to the ocean's waves. We've rented with BRE a number of times and they are the best!!

Reviewer Comments: We were given an incorrect WiFi password in registration information and via email so we were unable to connect and my daughter could not participate in college classes for two days and I was unable to work remotely. We called Bryant Real Estate to report we could not connect to WiFi. They said they would "send someone out", but did not. When we checked the router/modem behind TV, we stumbled upon the correct password - posted in tiny letters on the modem. The water in the toilet was running. We reported it the second day. It was repaired three days later. Four people had to share one bathroom and we finally fixed the running toilet ourselves by jamming a kitchen fork in the tank to hold up the float. The window in the oceanfront bedroom window was open when we arrived and jammed so that we could not close it. When we called about it, the Bryant employee inferred that WE broke the window. It took two days for repairmen to come out to close window and mark it with big warning signs "do not open." The condo was clean with a nice brand new kitchen - but Bryant Real Estate was very unresponsive to minor issues and ruined what should have been a relaxing stay.

Great property, perfect views and great location.

We booked this condo on a very short notice and this unit was one of the only units still available at Station One. The thing about Station One is that it has been around forever, so you need to find a unit that has recently been fully renovated. This unit has been partially renovated, but the appliances and HVAC are ancient and past their service life. However, the view is outstanding and easily the best feature of the condo. Upon checking in we found a half empty wine bottle on the counter from a previous guest. The rest of the unit was reasonably clean. We did call Bryant for a few service items. We had to contact them twice to get them to come out and they were able to resolve one of our three issues. A few of the things we noticed: - Believe the other reviews that the beds and sofa bed are well past due for replacing. - TVs in the bedrooms are smaller than your computer monitor. - We couldn't get the unit to go below 72 degrees. The HVAC system needs servicing or replacing. - The internet in the unit was hopeless at times, to the point it was so bad that saying the unit had internet was not accurate. The cable modem would randomly reboot every few minutes at times. I ended up using my phone as a hotspot to get around this. - The kitchen was equipped for casual use, but limited for someone who wants to cook meals. This isn't a big issue because there are so many good restaurants around Station One. - The balcony could use a couple of comfortable chairs for hanging out and enjoying that fantastic ocean view.

The queen mattress in second bedroom needs to be replaced immediately, extremely noisy and uncomfortable. Mattress in master bedroom not as bad but also somewhat noisy. Condition of mattresses is the primary reason I would not rent this unit again. If mattresses were replaced I would not hesitate to rent this unit in the future. Kitchen is dated but well stocked. Pool was wonderful, having gas grills available on the ground floor was very convenient. Bryant Real Estate does a great job communicating with renters, information provided was accurate and complete. Condominium complex was quiet and great for families.

The condo was very clean and the bed in the master bedroom comfortable. Two reasons I would not stay again...the kitchen is very outdated and the cups and dishes were dirty. I had to wash them before using. Second, the balcony furniture was uncomfortable and inadequate. There is a bar that is very cute but the stools terribly uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. There was only ONE chair and two ottomans. The chair was old and not very comfortable. The cushion deflated and ratty. My husband had to bring out a kitchen chair to sit on. We booked a room on the ocean to relax and enjoy the view. The balcony accommodations did not allow for that. As I said above, the condo was clean and the sofa and bed comfortable and the view spectacular. I think they just need to put a little more effort into this place to make it five star!

We look for a place that can give us "equal" accommodations, two nice bedrooms with bathrooms for adults (no twin beds). This place was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, the view was great and the access to the pool and the beach was easy. We enjoyed the short walks to restaurants and ice cream. We will definitely come again.

We inquired about moving our date beforehand, but had not purchased rental insurance. Our property owner stays during the off-season, so there were no weekends for us to come back this season. Even though we offered to book next season, or to book another property managed by Bryant Real Estate, they did not re-book us. Once the hurricane passed (Bryant cancelled our reservation, we did not), we were offered a refund of only half of our cost. Every person that we know who planned to go to the beach during the hurricane received a full refund. Even the airlines offered to re-book passengers. We tried to re-book and I even offered to donate the refunded amount to hurricane relief. So, this has been very disappointing. I will not book through Bryant Real Estate, Home Away/VRBO, or at this property again. The worst part is that our daughter is a freshman at UNCW and we plan on making several visits to Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach in the next 4+ years and neither the property manager nor the property owner were willing to work with us. We understand that this hurricane has been a tragedy for so many. We just wanted to either be able to go back at a later time or have our refund money go to help those suffering damage from the hurricane.
