It was a wonderful place for vacation, kids enjoyed it.

Codes for the elevator are a real pain. Condo was very nice and clean

Unit is very dated and in need updates and TCL. In short a the pictures posted on VRBO are very old as the furniture has changed or aged poorly. The condition of fixtures and furniture is very worn and in some places is even broken. Kitchen was only stocked with plates, bowls, silverware and a few other items that were in VERY bad shape. Outside of our unit the building itself is in need of general repairs. For a couple of days during our stay only 1 elevator was working and according to other guest this is a frequent occurrence. Have only 1 elevator in a facility that large is a major inconvenience and very frustrating. On the positive side the views were amazing and being directly on the beach made our trip. We will be returning to the Pensacola area but will not stay in this resort again.

This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and as advertised. Very close to beach and things to do. Only issue was leaky window which once I contacted group they had maintenance come check out.

The location of the condo was great and overall we had a great stay. We were excited to be able to have our dog with us which helped us to feel more at home. The condo was clean and roomy. The condo could use some updating in the master bath. We enjoyed our stay and loved the location.

Checking in was a bit complicated. After talking to the property manager, we got everything resolved. Property manager was very helpful, polite, and professional. The resort's main tower address is different from the "East Tower" building's address. The unit # is also slightly different than what was provided. Different access codes are given for security gates, elevator codes, and for the lockbox for keys -- which all led to info overload! They were very sweet and open to my suggestions that will hopefully make checking in easier for future guests. Aside from that, the condo was great! It was very clean (which can often be a challenge to find with a dog friendly unit). They clearly have high standards. View was awesome. My mother and I had a very relaxing vacation.

Very nice layout and all rooms were spacious. The area is nice with just enough restaurants and shops. A good type of family crowd. The condo is pet friendly but the beach isn't. Would've definitely preferred gas grills as opposed to charcoal.

My mother and I enjoyed this condo very much. Nicely decorated and well stocked. Appreciate those offering pet friendly properties. Wish the instructions to obtain access and how to access through the elevator were more detailed. It was quite perplexing after a long drive to understand how the elevator works with a code. We also never able to obtain the parking pass. Ended up writing my information on paper and left on the dash. Overall enjoyable experience for Thanksgiving week.

We have been to this area several times since 2014. It’s a favorite vacation destination. This is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. It’s large and very comfortably furnished. The ocean view is phenomenal.

The property was as described although the whirlpool tub was not working at the time. It was not a huge deal for us but did notify property manager prior to departure. I would definitely stay here again.

I typically would give 5 stars...the pictures were an accurate depiction of the unit. it was clean and they were clear ahead of time on what was included so I planned ahead. Huge balcony would be great for peaceful lounging or sipping coffee. Gorgeous beach! however the second building was undergoing renovation. Constant jackhammer noise Monday through Friday, 8-5. it was too loud to be on the balcony. I tried the beach the first 2 days. Still too loud to relax. Inside was ok but could still hear it. After Tuesday the lounge chairs and umbrellas were removed from the beach so I guess beach season was over? Bad timing to be there. I wish they forewarned us. Other notes...area isn't pedestrian friendly but restaurants are very dog friendly

Enjoyed our time, condo was bigger than most we have stayed in. Only complaint is that the tvs were not capable of running our streaming services. Would have been nice to have that for the little ones in the evenings.

Condo was very spacious for 4 adults and 2 furbabies. The balcony size and view was amazing. The only thing I think needs to be addressed is the checkin procedure. The elevator code could be explained better how to use and if you check in after office hours or on weekends you cannot get your packet for parking pass which has the front entrance gate code on it to get back in once you leave property so you then have to find security to get a parking pass. Carpet in the bedrooms which needs to be placed with flooring. Carpet does not need to be at the beach. The area is very family and not any partying which is a plus. The beach does not allow pets even though we were told by renters they were allowed. It’s a $500 fine if caught. First time there, nice area.

Loved staying this place, Beach Colony has always been so clean and peaceful, would definitely stay again!!

This is our second time staying in this unit. We love the area, it’s far enough away from the craziness of Gulf shores/Orange beach but close enough for a easy drive there for a evening of fun. The beach is less crowded in this area.

Our stay at East condo 12C was overall pleasant. There were some issues—when we first got there we weren’t sure how the elevator codes worked, the entry door was very hard to open, there were two plugs in the kitchen and one in master bedroom that didn’t work and master bedroom closet door was broken. Cleaning wasn’t very good. Place needs refreshed. We were told to text with issues, did and never got a response.

we stayed same condo last year. needs some updating. Master bed mattress is worn out. dishwasher did not work. could not get the master bedroom cool at night. it was at least 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo. we love the complex, but will choose a different condo next year.

Beautiful view and right on the beach! Secure and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to bring our pet which was a plus. One little note. The complex could use some maintenance with some possible updating for the price. We would stay here again.

The dishwasher did not properly dispense the detergent so we had to hand wash all the dishes we used. There were multiple stains on the master bedroom carpet. There was mold on the air conditioning vent in the living room and the air return was filthy. There were no blinds or drapes on the sliding door so if you use the couch be prepared for an early wake up. There was some baseboard missing in the living room. The balcony furniture was scarce. Only three chairs and a table. Certainly could use more seating for such a nice balcony. I realize this is a rental and folks don’t take care of things like they would their own, but some updating would improve the unit. The price of the unit was less than other comparable units and they do allow small pets which was a plus for us. Would probably shop around more before staying here again. The rental company was easy to work with and the process was good.
