Rooms are wonderful. Convenient location. Plenty of space for our party of six!

We had a very nice stay. Visited downtown Hendersonville multiple times and surrounding restaurants. Something for all ages to see and do. We went to Biltmore Estate and thoroughly enjoyed all there was to see. Flowers outside were mainly tulips due to the time of year. Inside flowers were breath taking. I would definitely recommend this as a must see event.

The house was perfect! It was spacious, clean, and conveniently located. The covered portions of the decks were great while it rained. I planned the trip with a few friends to be kid-centric and the house was SO close to several attractions the kids loved. The adults without any children also found lots of restaurants, bars, and breweries to visit. I have never visited Hendersonville, but I would definitely return and stay here again!

Loved the house, the area, location and the ease of obtaining the rental. Owner was very easy to work with. House was CLEAN.! Tastefully decorated and very roomy. The kitchen was small but well appointed. Few minor cooking essentials missing and the dinnerware was random, but over all it served our needs. I have some age on me so handrails on the entrance would have been a help. I was disappointed in the bed linens because they were not cotton but polyester, also they smelled of some scented laundry product. If you must have cotton linens bring your own. All of us enjoyed our stay in our families hometown and especially loved how convenient the house was to the downtown area. I recommend this property highly.

This home is in a great location. We stayed 3 nights with our adult children/ grandchildren. The home is spacious and clean. The balconies are amazing. Katie is very quick to respond to questions you have. We will rent here again!

The location of the house was great - so close to town. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. Comfortable living and sleeping areas and enough room to all eat at the same table. Great Hendersonville vacation spot.

We spent Thursday through Sunday in Hendersonville for our daughter’s wedding. We had immediate and extended family with us, and it was just the perfect place for us to spend such an important weekend. The home was very clean when we arrived, and our host was very accommodating even before we checked in. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas were very spacious and the decks on both the first and second floor were the perfect places for morning coffee with nice views of the city. We were close enough to the city for the wedding ceremony and a short distance away from the reception location which made our stay very convenient. Our host did an exceptional job communicating with us and mad check-in/check-out very smooth and effortless. We would certainly recommend this home and host to anyone planning to visit the area, and we look forward to hopefully renting this location for future visits as well. Great experience. House worked great for the six of us, but can accommodate 8 adults well. Walk to downtown in about 15 minutes. We found many activities for the weekend.

I met up with some old friends in Hendersonville for our yearly golf weekend. We've been to Myrtle Beach, Wilmington and Pinehurst but this year wanted to try some mountain courses. This property couldn't have been more perfect for us. We played several local courses and would come back and get cleaned up for a night in Hendersonville. The house is within easy walking distance of downtown so we were able to have dinner and find some live music each night. The house was perfect for 4 people wanting their own bedroom but could accommodate several more people for a family getaway. I'm hoping to bring my wife and kids back again later this year.

The host was very proactive and responsive with check in. The house was perfect for a large group and well maintained. Very convenient to the airport, and walking distance to anything in Hendersonville. Would absolutely recommend!

Stayed at Kathy’s home for 3 nights and wish we could of stayed longer. The scenery from our master bedroom was something special! Very spacious home and didn’t feel crowded at any point. When returning to Hendersonville we without question be staying here again. Thx Kathy!

We were pleased with the accommodations. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Beautiful sunrise and very convenient to the downtown area. We drove to the Dupont State Park and hiked the trails there -- just about a 20-minute drive. We will be back!

Overall, it was a very nice house, large rooms, lots of space for a large group of people. Parking is a bit limited so if you had a large group of people with more than three or four vehicles it might be a little bit tight. Everything was clean and neat.

Katie’s place was perfect for out family. We enjoyed the location and layout. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Could walk to restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Katie was wonderful to work with. Excellent location, with an easy walk to all the downtown restaurants and activities. Marvelous views of the sunrise! The house was super clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

One of us was unable to make the hill on foot but definitely walkable to several great places and downtown was a little hike but definitely doable for the average able bodied. We’d definitely stay again and take our families. The host could not be more gracious and we had everything we needed to eat in and great recommendations to eat out.

Two couples and our four teen/20’s children stayed here for a family reunion weekend. There was plenty of room and comfortable sleeping arrangements for our families. The house is walkable to downtown if you’re energetic, or a very quick drive. We enjoyed an evening at Dry Falls Brewery which is just down the hill from the house. It was a nice treat to have K-cups and coffee supplies provided. The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked but we didn’t do any cooking while we were there. We would definitely stay again!
