Overall, this property was nice and well maintained. The location is ideal and the private beach access is a big plus. The unit itself is quite spacious and comfortable, though it is a bit outdated and could use a renovation update soon. The rugs and carpet are a bit worn and the unit lacked some basic amenities that would make preparing meals a bit easier - coffee filters, basic spices, etc., but overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Great Location & condo. We did have an issue with the washing machine, but once reported, they sent a maintenance man to fix it quickly. Obviously an issue with an old washing machine can’t be predicted. We were super thankful to get it fixed quickly & to be able to wash our clothes for the week. The shaggy rug in the den hadn’t been vacuumed well if at all. I picked up pink plastic toy parts that had been left several times & threw them in the trash. There was also another toy left behind under a piece of furniture standing off the floor in the den. This is my reasoning for a 4 star on the cleaning. No complaints about cleanliness of bedrooms & bathrooms.

We had a great stay. It was perfect for our annual trip to 30A, close to the places we love to frequent, easy access to the beach, and beautiful swimming pools.
The property was clean, spacious, andcomfortable. Loved the patio! The property owners were very responsive when we noted a detached towel rack upon check-in.
When staying for a week, bring extra paper towels, tp, trash bags, and dishwasher pods. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The unit was plenty large for our family of 6. It was clean and exceeded our expectations. The balcony views were delightful, receiving majority of the daytime sunlight. The location is ideal for a family. A few steps away from the pools and beach, as well as walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

We had a great relaxing time staying at Adagio and Santa Rosa. The condo is beautiful and very clean! You will NOT be disappointed. The only negative thing I can say is the rental price for the beach umbrella and chairs, roughly $650 for the large umbrella and 5 chairs for the week. This is not the fault of Adagio, but you need to be aware for budgeting purposes.

This rental has great couches & chairs in the family room area. Beds were all nice & comfy, and I love that the rentals are using the white “clean bedding” program now. Hoping that continues for all rentals! This was a nice & clean unit.The chest of drawers in the room with 2 double beds needs to be fixed or replaced (several of the drawers aren’t safely attached). The tub in the bathroom attached to the same room had caulk peeling off of it. The grounds, bathrooms, & pool at Adagio are always clean & well-kept which is why we have visited many times. The inside of the condos are beginning to show their age in the bathrooms (showers & tubs especially) and those could stand to be updated soon.

The large outdoor table on our balcony was perfect for playing card games. The beach was beautiful and we were thankful that we pre-booked beach chairs and umbrella for the week. Our family was out on the beach every day enjoying some fun in the sun! We all loved the pool area too, and the water temp in the pool was perfect during the last week of May! The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for our young adult children to lounge and relax. We loved the layout of the condo and enjoyed our week here! This year was most likely my 10th visit to the Adagio complex. The units are excellent, they do have some wear but they are still in fantastic condition.
The only major grievance that I have is that the complex has give an umbrella company the rights to rent umbrellas and chairs and they have allocated them 3/4 of the beach front. You had to be at the beach at 5:30am to get a position near the front.
Having to sit near the back of the beach in the middle of summer is brutal. You do not get the ocean breeze to cool you down.
For that reason alone, I will have to reconsider staying at the property again.

The location of The Adagio is perfect, close to Publix, steps from the beach or pool. Our unit was fine but could be updated and more throughly cleaned. The unit only has 4 coffee mugs.

Very nice, clean , convenient poolside condo! Very close to beach access. While we loved the condo, it was not necessarily very child friendly for those traveling with young children. Several glass tops on furniture were not secure, as well as an excessive number of power strips located throughout the condo. Additionally the pool gates did not have working latches/locks . The only issue we had in the condo was with the oven- there was no way to turn off the oven once started unless you set a cook time , and chose a stop time, or if a cook mode was selected the oven would not shut off until the time was complete ( we selected this by accident and had to wait 35 minutes before being able to turn off the oven). This of course presented some obvious safety concerns as well. Overall though we definitely enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider renting this condo in the future!
