Dieses schöne Haus ist für Wochenenden, ganze Wochen, monatlich und ganzjährig verfügbar. Es ist ein seltenes, komplett renoviertes Strandhotel in begehrten Höhen von Falmouth, das Sie zu Fuß zum Supermarkt, zu Restaurants, Strand, Kino, Geschäften und vielem mehr führt. Die Fahrt mit der Fähre nach Martha Vineyard und zur Main Street ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt.

We had a great stay at the house in Falmouth! The house was clean and everything was as listed. We had an easy checkin/checkout and the owner was easy to communicate with. The location was perfect--close to everything in town and a nice neighborhood to walk around. We would stay there again!

Great house in a really nice location! Fantastic communication with the owner. He made everything so easy. It has a big backyard, clean house with lots of space. Had a great long weekend to finish our summer and really enjoyed the house!

As many other reviewers wrote, it’s very important to read the fine print on this rental to know whether it will be a good fit for your trip.1)AC: There is no ac in the 2 upstairs bedrooms. The ac wall unit in the living area of home does not reach the bedrooms making it extremely hot and hard to sleep in the middle of July. The ceiling fans in the bedroom are very low power and don’t offer much relief 2) Value: the pictures are more beautiful than actuality. It is a small, basic rental property and since sheets and towels are not included, you have to add at least another 300 to use their recommended linens service if you don’t want to bring your own.3) It’s a great location on a nice, quiet street so we just spent most of our time out and enjoying Falmouth.
