Mein 1700 m² großes Ranch-Poolhaus verfügt über: 4 Schlafzimmer / 3 Badezimmer mit einer großen 10 x 32 m großen überdachten Fläche. Das schließt einen Sitzbereich im Freien für 6 Personen mit extra großen Kissen, auch gibt es einen Tisch und Stühle, die 6 für Mahlzeiten im Freien sitzt. Das Hotel liegt in einer sicheren Familie Nachbarschaft. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Atlantic Avenue und Military Trail. Nur 4 Meilen zum Strand.
Sicherheit: Die Lage ist sehr sicher und ruhig, und das Haus selbst ist
sehr privat. Wir sind stolz darauf, eine komfortable und saubere Umgebung während Ihres Aufenthalts zu gewährleisten. Dies ist ein Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung.
Das familienfreundliche Haus wurde komplett renoviert und verfügt über brandneue High-End langlebige Möbel, Bettwäsche und neue Edelstahl-Geräte. Große Hinterhof mit 16 'X 32' Pool und überdachter Terrasse. Internet und Kabel werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
Komplette Ausstattung und unübertroffenen Komfort zu Delray Beach Restaurants, Nachtleben, und Strände, die von keinem anderen zu Hause an einem anderen Preis angepasst werden kann. Auch gibt es einen Kanal direkt aus der Rückseite meines Hauses, das mit Bass und garr geladen wird.

We stayed for 6 weeks. The house was very well equipped, the backyard was fabulous. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable. The heated pool was wonderful and we spent a lot of time in it. We are very glad we were there!

We had a great 17 day stay at this house. 4 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space inside and outside. Great furnishings and amazing outdoor space with heating pool. Good location in Delray in a very quiet neighbor. Outdoor space is fantastic - heated pool, table for outdoor dining, and TV in a huge private yard. Communication with owner was A+. Zero complains or issues! Highly recommend :)

The house was nice in size and features but there were ants everywhere. The housekeeper wasn’t very good. The pool was nice and cleaned. The owner was nice about everything that happen

Beautiful, spacious house with big bedrooms and perfect-sized swimming pool. Centrally located, close to everything. Actually did all the things we planned to do on this trip. First time that ever happened while traveling with my pack of 7 people. Everything you need is already in the house and owner Chris, is quick on the phone to answer any questions you might have. Five star stay, depressed that it is over. Oh, well, there's always next year !

We were very excited to get to the house for our Florida Christmas. We were not disappointed. The property is incredible! Close to the beach, shopping, golf, fishing...
The amenities were great! Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The living room has a enormous couch that was incredibly comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The pool was the most popular spot for our family. The kids were in there for hours and the outdoor television was also a great way to relax outside. The fire pit was perfect for cool evenings and making s’mores and having a drink outside.
The owner was attentive and prompt when we had questions. The home was clean, and inviting. Definitely recommend booking this property.

This is not an owner that is an investor of short term rentals. This is a part time home that is lived in by the owner. Exactly what VRBO and other companies were built for. If your looking for a hotel with every detail being perfect, go rent that place.
If you want a spacious, comfortable home with a huge backyard and pool. This is your place!
The couch is cozy to curl up and watch a movie. Breakfast on the patio while watching TV! Maybe comfortable beds are important instead of cheap mattresses purchased to save money is important to you?
I stayed at this house for 1 month and appreciated having a place that felt like home.

My family and I just returned from this trip and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The house was easy to locate in a nice quiet neighborhood and the home was very clean upon arrival. We had difficulty at first figuring out the lock on the front door but Chris immediately answered my call and walked me through the process. He also made sure I tried it again while still on the phone to ensure I didn't have any further trouble. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 to spread out and relax. There were smart TV's in every room including outside on the deck which was perfect when enjoying time out at the pool. The pool was perfect size, warm, and clean. The kids enjoyed swimming while I enjoyed my morning coffee outside. The yard was very spacious, the grill was clean and there was an extra propane tank available if needed. The fire pit was another great addition, we spent a few nights relaxing by the fire.
There were plenty of towels available, bed linens, washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker and griddle. I have zero complaints and would absolutely rent this home again.

We had a great stay at Chris’ home. The house was super nice, and the area out back by the pool was perfect for visiting. The neighborhood is quiet and shopping is very close by. All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in. Chris was excellent with contact, and we had no problems with anything. It’s an easy drive over to Atlantic Dunes Park where there is inexpensive parking for the beach. We enjoyed a great visit with our daughter. Thanks Chris!!

Roaches, fan that didn't work, front door failed to open one night and we waited half an hour for some one to show with a key, cushions missing from the outdoor benches, wires/cable boxes hanging from wall mounted TV's. You get the picture.

Me and my family stayed at this amazing home, it had everything you could ever need and more. I met the host the second day and he was very respectful and a good sense of humor, I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. I want to thank Chris for letting us stay at his home.

Pictures do not do this place justice. It is beautiful. Very Clean. The perfect place for a family get away. After over a year without seeing our family everyone finally decided to come back to town and this house made our reunion even better. Chris is very responsive and a genuinely great person. We loved the neighborhood. Could barely get my daughter out of the pool. Big screen TV's everywhere so my child could watch Disney + anywhere she went. We hope to rent here again! Thanks for the amazing week Chris. We appreciate it! I highly HIGHLY recommend this home.

Very impressed with with home. Our kids loved & enjoyed the pool all day long. And looked forward to rosting marshmallows to enjoy the evening by the fire pit. Mr. Chris, is an excellent & attentive host. Thank you for a great mini gateway we will definitely be back.

The property was great and had everything we needed. The space was just enough to have family time as well as individual space. We loved the outdoor space and used every single day, even when it rained due to the cover patio. The owner was very responsive and professional. Would definitely stay again!

From the time we pulled up to the House and never received the check in e-mail with the code and the front door frame looked like someone tried to break in to the filthy air vents that kept the air conditioner from cooling off the house to having to wait for someone for someone to come fix it that took 2 days of my 4 day stay to also having to wait a day for the pool to be cleaned to we could use it. I’m sorry that the owner had surgery but whoever is taking care of the house is not doing their job and should be fired!!

Accommodating host and the property description was accurate: 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. 3 king sized beds were exactly what we needed. Great backyard space with a clean pool, big TV, and firepit! Living room was roomy and comfortable with a large TV. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels & washer/dryer made our stay more convenient. Thanks for everything!

The property was clean and very spacious. Chris, the owner, replied promptly to all requests or questions. It was a great neighborhood to get my morning walk in. It was a little farther away from the beach then I would have liked but we made it work. We loved the pool and the outdoor patio area; very relaxing. There isn't much you can walk to as everything is fairly far away but a lot of things within a short driving distance. If you like a peaceful, quite, safe and relaxing place to stay, this place is for you. Everything except food was provided and to be honest, there was some food there as well. I highly recommend this place. You will not find a much better place then this away from the beach area.

My husband and three children stayed here for 8 days over the Christmas Holiday. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool, the large yard and especially the special guest visitor(the cute iguana). The owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions or concerns. I would definitely consider renting from him again! We really enjoyed our vacation. Thank you Chris.
