Here is the review: Apartment was in the basement beside the electrical room so expect to hear water flow gushing from water pipes. Apartment listed as air conditioned but there was only 2 portable AC out of which one was not usable at all, for the working AC exhaust hose was giving out hot air so we have to open the window and let the hot air out. As mentioned the apartment is in level -1 so the windows open to the floor of the carpark (picture attached) so we have to leave the windows open all night as the room was stuffy which was not safe especially when we have 3 young kids. Wrote to the landlord for extra aircon but he did not reply at all. Apartment provided fans but it was dusty. Lift does serve to level -1 but still have a few steps of stairs to reach apartment so expect to carry your luggage. Only 1 WC so if coming in big group, please factor waiting time etc.

The location was excellent.

This property os very very falsely advertised so we were extremely disappointed. When I tried to address this with the host he simply stopped communication with me. The apartment is in the basement! It felt like we were underground. The apartment does not have air conditioning, nor does it have portable air conditioning units in each room. We had a sign on our portable one in bedroom not to use, the one in the lounge meant we had to leave a window open to use it! The window was completely accessible to anyone walking passed. This was the most disappointing and disturbing part of our stay. We wanted a lounge as there were 8 of us, with the advertisement saying there was a bed and a double fold out couch in one room this sounded great. The fold out couch in the bedroom was absolutely not a double. And when we arrived the couch in the lounge was made up as a bed! We didn’t get the option but really the option didn’t exist. We paid an exorbitant amount of money and were left extremely disappointed with the lack of contact and the lies.

It was close to bonne marche!

There was not enough toilet paper.

While there was not much of a view, this was not an issue. Its location was amazing. It was very secure and safe, the location was brilliant, several different metro's all within 10 mins walk, restaurants and cafes in every direction and good shopping also. The Monoprix for food, snacks and drinks was 5 mins. Next door to a Thai massage and yoga, I was able to fit in a lesson and a massage for my tired feet from walking so much..

The only recommendation I'd make is to update the check in details, to advise the visitor to use the 'tag' on the keys to open the door behind us, to reach the apartment. It caused some confusion initially. (but such a small thing)

it is spacious, well equipped, comfortable and the location is great.

the Air conditioning is just a portable one, so it is a bit noisy and we have to open the window to let the hose out.
