I had an absolutely amazing stay, the location is amazing, 4 blocks from Cambie Village, 10 min walk to Vancouver General Hospital, 1 block from King Edward station. Owner was very responsive, even made sure to let me know due to cold snap how to use the heat (he reached out to me). The unit is better than the description, I look forward to staying here again!!!

Our stay was wonderful, we really enjoyed the space and the proximity to public transit. As it was our first time in the city we didn’t spend to much time actually in the home but more exploring and it was such a nice place to come home to at night! Thank you for having us◡̈

Richards Appartement is perfect situated for a trip to Vancouver. The Canada Line just around the corner, and situated near Downtown, Yaletown… The Appartment is in the basement of a beautiful house and has everything you need for a trip in Vancouver.

Richard's suite was in an excellent location, especially for transport, restaurants & Queen Elizabeth Park. The suite was spotless and very comfortable. Lovely pleasant area which was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay, Richard was a lovely man, great communication. Would definitely recommend.

The property was in a great location. On the Canada line, into Vancouver city and to the airport in the opposite direction. Also a direct bus to Granville Island at the end of the street.
Everything you could need for your stay. Even some yummy snacks and fruit.
We stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay again if we had the opportunity.

This is a well-appointed property with a responsive host in a great location near the Canada train line. It proved to be a very pleasant haven to return to after a busy day out and about.

My partner and I only stayed at the property for a couple nights for a concert, but everything was super close to the property. Having the Canada line train so close by was a lifesaver and saved us tons in rideshare fees. It’s a quiet neighborhood where you can get good sleep, but also close enough to busy areas if you feel like venturing out.

This is one of the best places we have stayed! We didn’t utilize the kitchen, except for the refrigerator. The Tv and sound system was awesome! Having some muffins and fruit was a NICE touch. There aren’t many options for breakfast around so that was a pleasant surprise. We LOVED having a washer and dryer! We only stayed 2 nights but washed our clothes each night so we started off our cruise with all. lean clothes. The bed was very comfortable as well. I am picky about my bed because I like a soft bed. My husband likes a more firm bed and this was a very nice compromise. This is a very quiet, more residential are but has lots of places to eat around although it was more oriental food. The skytrain was very close by and was super convenient. Thanks Richard The’ for the great stay!

I loved staying in the exceptionally clean and quiet garden suite. Richard and his family were so lovely and helpful in recommending sights and restaurants. I slept so peacefully and felt very comfortable there, as if I was home. It was super conveniently located - few mins walk from the metro station, amazing coffee and restaurants on Main, a delicious ice cream shop on Cambie, and shopping! I’ll recommend this suite to family and friends for sure.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The neighborhood is great - lots of restaurants and shops. Easy access to public transportation made it convenient to explore the rest of the city as well! Street parking nearby the apartment was great and our accommodations were extremely comfortable! The outdoor space was a huge bonus and the hosts were super communicative! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Richards place was ideal for our 3 night stay in Vancouver after our cruise. The basement apartment is quiet and the location a nice leafy Vancouver suburb only 3 minute walk from the train station which has a constant train service into the city and the airport. This was very convenient. We would have no hesitation in recommending Richards place for 1 or 2 people. Dont waste time searching - book it if available!

We travel to Vancouver regularly and this was our first stay at this suite. It was great! Bed was comfortable, place was clean. modern, private and quiet. Close to great restaurants and shops and easy to get to downtown and over to Kits. Parking on the street was easy and we never had an issue finding a spot.
Richard was a fantastic host and messaged us to ensure everything was going smoothly.
We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our short stay. We were so happily surprised to find it was a five minute walk to the sky train. After a long day we found the suite to be very cozy and relaxing. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. It’s situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood . We will return🙂

My husband and I were headed out on a cruise and decided to spend and extra day in Vancouver. This place was perfect in every way. It was located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood but within walking distance of so many things from the metro to delicious restaurants. It had everything we needed and was a comfortable stay. Very clean. Our host greeted us and even left some yummy muffins. We would highly recommended this home.

This is a compact studio apartment in a lovely residential neighborhood. The living room area gets lots of natural light and the sleeping room is comfortable. This cozy space makes for a perfect home base while visiting Vancouver. It is just the right size for a single person or a couple. My only suggestion would be to use non-scented laundry soap when washing the bed linens. I find perfumed soaps make an overpowering scent that can detract from a good night's sleep. This is a common complaint of mine. Overall a very nice place to stay in Vancouver and the host is top notch.

Only a block to the Canada line skytrain so downtown is at your finger tips, without the noise of the city. This perfect little suite will meet all your needs! 10 min walk to Main St (where there are incredible restaurants), and 2 blocks from Queen Elizabeth park. The hosts are very accommodating and we felt extremely comfortable here! Will definitely stay again the next time we visit the city!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Richard and his wife were great hosts and made a great recommendation for a local sushi restaurant (Sushi Mania). We were very close to the subway station which was super convenient for getting into the city, but we also found a few good places for breakfast and dessert within a 10 minute walk. I would love to stay here again if I ever come back to Vancouver!

comfy. It’s in a great location — quiet street but a block from the Skytrain station and busses. Grocery store and pharmacy within walking distance. A great find!

Super clean and comfortable suite with all the amenities. Appreciated the personal touch of Richard leaving some fruit and muffins for us when we arrived! The property is very close to the Vancouver skytrain, so we were able to get pretty much everywhere without driving. Unrestricted parking was about 1-1/2 blocks away, but this was not a problem for us. Unit was very clean and just as described. Richard was also very friendly and helpful during our stay. Thank you!
