We had a great time! The unit was very nice and well equipped. Hot tub was awesome. Dock was perfect fit for our boat. Fished right off the seawall when it was to windy to make it to the reef. Will definitely stay here again

We stayed with our kids and absolutely loved it! The house is beautiful and in a great location. Cecilia is very sweet and helpful! There were even toys for my kids to play with. We will definitely be back next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Duck Key. We stayed as a family with younger kids and the canal was perfect for fishing, right from the dock. The inside of the home has been gorgeously renovated and the owner has it prepared with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect little place on the water. The owner was very nice and we could tell she cares about her guest's vacations. Great fishing right from the back of the house and the boat was easy to tie up to the side. A wonderful visit and we will be returning

We loved our time in the Keys, the communication with the owner was amazing from the moment we booked the property. The property was clean and in a great location making day trips to other parts of the Keys easy. We are looking forward to our next trip.

Great place with easy access to Marathon and lovely surroundings

We really enjoyed the location right on the water with a great boat dock and outdoors area. House was well stocked and super clean. Really nicely done, nice kitchen, living room, beds were comfortable. The owner was great help with communication and provided everything we needed. Located in a quiet area but close to everything we needed. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Thanks

Great location and beautiful property.

This home was cleaner than some 4-star hotels I've stayed in. The owner and manager were very responsive; when we realized that a few household items like garbage bags and dishwasher pods had inadvertently not been stocked we called and some were dropped off within about an hour. Duck Key is in the middle of the keys, so it was convenient to go explore either north or south without too much time in the car. We loved the location on a canal and spent a lot of time in the back yard at the dock, relaxing and fishing. We saw an abundance of different kinds of fish swim by and were even visited by a manatee. It was really hard to leave on our last day.

Great property with easy access to attractions

Everything was as listed. Cecelia was absolutely wonderful with contacting us. Answering all of our questions. The best stocked kitchen. Central location for our planned activities.

The house was clean and host communicated well from start to finish. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you could need, including 3 kinds of coffee pots! Cecilia is a very thoughtful and detailed host: make up removing wipes, q tips, detergent, beach towels, etc. We especially loved being able to fish right out the back door! This house has the best set up with jacuzzi, outdoor TV and seating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Property was in a great location, we kept our rental boat there with no issues. Host was very responsive, although there was no issues.

I absolutely love this property I referred to the house as a cottage. It was beachy and cozy and the mattress and pillows were delightful. The small tiki yard was perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much I hated to leave.

The Duck Key cottage was perfect. It was decorated beautifully with a beach theme with so many details. The kitchen was well stocked with the latest appliances. The hostess thought of everything even the body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The canal was great. We caught some fish. We really enjoyed our time here and wish we had a couple of more days.

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful property and loved every minute of it. It was exactly as we hoped it would be. We loved it so much that we cancelled most of the plans we'd made for our time there (including dinner reservations) and spent most of our time (and all dinners) in that garden. The kitchen is very well equipped so you can find anything that you may need there, including various different spices! The main bedroom is very comfortable, but the second bedroom was a little dark and depressing for us, not to mention the loud noise when the AC is on. That was the one part of the house that we didn't love. The AC was a bit confusing to figure out (I couldn't even locate the control unit and had to ask the owner!) It may be a good idea to have some instructions printed out in a file in the house for those not familiar with the system. Cecilia was very kind, helpful and responsive as of the day of our arrival and she was always on hand to answer any questions that we had during our stay. I am generally used to receiving at least an auto-generated "thank you for booking, let us know if you need anything" kind of message from property owners so I was a little put off by the lack of contact from the owner until our check in day but it all worked out well in the end :) Duck Key and this beautiful house will have a special place in our hearts and we hope to return for another stay some day. Thank you very much Cecilia for everything, you have a truly wonderful property.

The house was nice and clean. We loved the dock and jacuzzi. This is in a great location; many over- the fence conversations with vacationing neighbors.

This is a gorgeous hidden gem that is a short jaunt from Marathon or Key West. It had all the amenities we needed plus more! The private back yard with cabana and dock were amazing, great to soak up the sun or take a dip in the inlet that flowed through. Water was clear that we could see the star fish from standing on the dock. It's a quiet community that allows you to decompress from the day of site seeing, but close enough to Marathon, Key West etc. to go deep sea fishing, site seeing or even partaking in the parties on Duvall Street. Overall property was very clean and true to pictures, we will definitely stay there again!

This is a great property! Really nice updates with an awesome outdoor space. A perfect location for exploring the keys. The owner responded quickly to our questions. I highly recommend this place for your Florida Keys vacation!

This cottage is great! Had a nice trip. The location is fabulous. The place has all the amenities you could want. It’s modern decor and equipment do not disappoint. We needed a break from a difficult year. The restaurants were fun and enjoyable. The staff at the marina were very helpful. We rented a boat one day and had a blast. We certainly will return when life allows. The owner and management people were wonderful to deal with. We rent regularly and they were great.

Had the pleasure to enjoy a stay at this wonderful property while in Duck Key for a wedding at the near by Hawks Key resort. The property has been wonderfully renovated and we enjoyed the outdoor space as much as the indoor space. Whether you want to bring your boat or just come enjoy sitting dockside, this is a great option for your visit to Duck Key with easy access to Marathon and Islamorada.

Cecilia is easy to communicate with at any time. Nice quiet property, with a lovely back patio area. Close, easy walk to Anglers and Ale restaurant and bar. Convenient for getting to any of the key islands as well. Thank you Cecilia. We had a wonderful weekend.

House was just as described, but even better in person the canal/water just was amazing. Had everything and more that you need in a stay just had the best time ,nice quiet, clean.Will be returning asap

The home was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy 4 days of relaxing by the canal. Check in and out processes went well, and Cecelia even had a Keurig coffee maker and pods delivered for us….thank you! One suggestion would be to have a written set of instructions in the home explaining the house rules. Overall, we loved the property!

Nice updated property, great bulkhead for docking, truly deep water access; 6’ the whole time. No thru traffic by boat or car, low key and very quiet (neighbors appreciate the quiet too)

If you want a stay that’s away from the hustle and bustle of tourist this is it. Also advise to go during the off season. We had the whole duplex to ourselves and it was so quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was a bonus. Short drive to key west or Miami. We stayed around marathon for the most part which is a short 20 minute drive. House was clean and had all the amenities. Pans to cook, coffee pots, and plenty of towels. They even have chairs and a cooler you can take to the beach. Only bad thing is you can hear everything going on outside! Walls are so thin, I couldn’t have imagined someone staying next to us while being there.

Cecilia was easy to reach and a great communicator, and her place was perfect for our boating days. The place is super clean, very comfortable, spacious both inside & outside. We truly enjoyed the few days at her place & would do it again without any hesitation!!

The property was clean and the décor was nice. The only issue was it was hot. It was hard to sleep because the thermostat was controlled by the landlord via the internet. We would try to turn it down but they had it pre-programed and it would go right back up. I wouldn't recommend staying there again because of that. The place is beautiful, but if it was too hot to be comfortable. I understand trying to save money on the electric bill, but we paid quite a bit for the rental then laid there at night and sweated.
