Has EVERYTHING you need in a Great Lake house! Nice house with PLENTY of room For a big family or group of friends. Great yard with easy shallow lake entry for kids, we rented a pontoon boat and had it delivered to the lake. There is a swim platform and fire pit too! Will definetly book for next year!

Originally had plans to go out of state for a family vacation, but Covid and travel restrictions forced us to change our plans. We are very happy with the outcome. We had a lovely visit, property manager was very responsive, a few issues with the refrigerator, but the view and ability to go in the water every day were priceless.

This four-bedroom house fit the needs of our family really well. We spent the week with 8 adults, one infant and one toddler. The house was clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed corn hole on the lawn, campfires in the fire pit, and many afternoons by the lake. The dock was excellent for our small motor boat and kayaks.The location of this property with direct access to the lake was outstanding!

My family & I had the best family reunion. Our rental house was clean, had a beautiful view, lots of space to move around & close to everything! Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay! 👍🏻

Beautiful bliss on the lake. Perfect for a large family gathering. Extremely accommodating and responsive.

Because of the plans we had We primarily used the house to sleep. However, we will be going back at some point to take advantage of all the property has to offer. As six adults we had plenty of space to not feel in the least bit crowded in this beautiful home. There was plenty of outdoor space also whether it was enjoying the deck overlooking the lake. The patio for grilling .The docks for sitting by the lake or swimming or the fire pit for gathering. The home was well stocked with pretty much anything you would need and if there was something lacking in your needs a quick ride is all it would take to get to the closet shopping. We will be back!

This was a wonderful place to hold our family gathering. Spacious, comfortable and spectacular views. Our grandkids loved the swimming area, especially swimming out to the floating dock. The boat dock easily accommodated our 25ft. Pontoon boat.

As always we had a fabulous, relaxing week on the lake with our family. We could not love this spacious house anymore! The only thing that would have made this vacation better would be some warmer weather ;) We will definitely be back again next year.

This was a quick family get away for us, and it was perfect and just what we needed. This is a great place to stay, the location is perfect, and it’s very a peaceful spot on the lake. Alan is awesome to work with. We will be back!

whenever I go away I use home away amd this is the only property Ive ever returned to. Again this place impressed us all. very clean, all updated appliances and great kitchen to cook in. Tons of room and all the furniture and beds very comfortable. We returned here this year for our annual ice fishing trip amd had a blast. Those that fish...this is the place! easy access to water and you will catch anything from largemouth bass to lakers and salmon. The contact person was very helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this property to all.

We had yet another fabulous week at the lake house! The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and the house was spacious and perfect for a big family vacation.

We rented this property on Little Ossipee Lake for the first time this summer, and will definitely be renting again. The home is beautiful, with all the amenities you could need and stunning views of Little Ossipee. The large yard makes for lots of space for kids to run and play, and the shallow area by the dock was also great for little kids. We rented a pontoon boat which fit perfectly on the dock. We loved this house and our week on the lake and cannot wait for next summer's vacation.
