My family could not say enough about how perfect David's townhouse was for their very first visit here to Colorado. David was fabulous to work with, so responsive and accommodating. The townhouse is beautiful, so clean and comfortable. Perfect for the four adults, the baby and my great nephew who loved the big table to play games on downstairs. The neighborhood as well, charming. Thank you so very much, David! During a hectic week of preparation for our wedding, we could relax knowing our family had such a wonderfully comfortable place to return home to every night.

We absolutely loved our stay in Prospect. The restaurant and coffee shops were lovely, the people were friendly, and the house was all we needed/great location. Would 100% recommend and stay again, a great time overall. David was great and easy to communicate with as well. Cannot give this stay enough praise.

Great neighborhood, spacious property.

This property was as fantastic as the owner. Amazing communication, adorable little subdivision. I even loved that the property only had one TV made my kids talk to us!!! lol The only downside was the beds are VERY hard, but all and all if we ever travel to Colorado again we wouldnt stay anywhere else!

Location was fun with ability to walk to coffee and bagel shop in the morning. Home was clean and modern. Finished basement was a great teen hangout area.

We flew out to CO for a visit with our son and daughter in law for NYE; they live in Longmont so we wanted to stay as close as possible. This condo was one of a very few actually in Longmont, it's in a great neighborhood, quiet, family friendly with a coffee shop a block away. My only suggestion is that they definitely add blinds to the downstairs bedroom, no one wanted to sleep there without them, even though it's below ground level, it's just creepy sleeping where someone can look in. The set up with bedrooms to bathrooms is nice, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need; but no personality. I'm sure it's a work in progress. :-) All in all I would definitely suggest this as a nice, clean, quiet place to stay in Longmont; just put a few more blinds up and maybe a few more TV's and it's perfect.

David was great - property was perfect for hosting our family for a wedding weekend!

The checkin process and communication with owner were easy. Spacious living room and dinning room. Bedding and towels were plentiful and clean. Convienent 3 minute walk breakfast cafe or bagel shop.

The home was spacious; walking in the neighborhood was delightful. The central location made trips to Estes, Garden Gate State Park, and Boulder easy. And the weather couldn’t have been any better!

The place was as advertised here - spacious, open, clean and close to coffee shops, restaurants and brewery. Also a great home base for hiking in RMNP, white water rafting in Fort Collins or running to Boulder. David is easy to reach and super responsive. Absolutely one of our better vrbo experiences and will look for it again if we are back out in CO.

This property was amazing and that it was located in cute neighborhood. The house was extremely clean, and user-friendly. No issues whatsoever. One word… Awesome.

We stayed in this townhome with 7 people 3 moms with 4 of our 16/17 year old softball player daughters and it was perfect! Great location and plenary of room. It was clean, modern and the neighborhood was so fun. Several restaurants within walking distance including a delish Rib Restaurant, coffee shop, and bagel shop! Thanks so much to the owners who were amazing the entire week with answering any questions! We would definitely stay here again!

The property was everything the website said it would be and more. David was SOOO HELPFUL!!! He is AMAZING to work with. All the little extras were there for us, soaps, paper towel, tissues, toilet papers, coffee filters, etc. All the information he sent us was helpful too. We are so thankful we found this place. .

Great house in quiet, walkable neighborhood. Lots of food options in easy walking distance. The one question I asked about the amenities available, was immediately answered and immensely appreciated. Great contact ahead of time and during stay. Highly recommend.

Nice clean townhouse Great neighborhood with really friendly people. Lovely master bedroom with fireplace and jacuzzi. Nice restaurant scene in area and great central area if you are visiting Northern Colorado. Owner really easy to work with and a really nice person. Slept family of eight really comfortably and very decently priced. Very kid friendly and safe. Great parks within walking distance. We will definitely rerun if the opportunity comes up. Great townhome in a wonderful location. Short walk to coffee and restaurants, a playground nearby for young children and great neighborhood for wondering around!

My guys said the place was nicely clean and kept and they really enjoyed their stay there. We'd definitely us this property again for occasions such as we had last week. Thank you so much David
