The property was nice, and convenient as far as getting to and from the beach! A few thoughts:
1. You receive a gate code from the owner, but there is no gate.
2. Parking garage is nice, and it was great being able to leave all our beach supplies there!
3. Cleanliness was OK, but there was some trash on the bedside table in one room and bunk room had gross bedding. My kids (18 & 14) didn't tell me about it until we were leaving, but they had stripped the beds on arrival because they looked like they had pee on them.
4. Terrible view! You can't see the beach because the dunes block the view, and the dunes are full of trash. You can see the gulf, though, including lots of dolphins!
5. Great location close to restaurants, grocery, beach, etc!
Overall it was good and we enjoyed our stay, but wouldn't book again because the lack of a view. If you don't mind not seeing the beach from your balcony, it's great!

The stay was good however the communication with the host was terrible .I sent multiple emails and messages and calls and no luck for that reason I was disappointed. Also the a/c in the master bedroom is not a cold as the rest of the house.

Bedding was all stained up, under the beds were disgusting, and mold on door curtains.
Location was amazing right off the beach and the covered parking spot was very convenient!

Beautiful, well equipped condo. My only complaint would be I don’t think the cleaning service did a great job before arriving! Was as described and was great location. We enjoyed the condo and trip. Very good response from Pinkie!

We had a great stay but it would have been nice to not have to go buy garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, salt and pepper etc. It would be nice to have had more of those items there already.

Great location, nice condo. But I wouldn’t call it a three bedroom. The 3rd “bedroom” was so small that you couldn’t even open the door completely as it hit the bed. No closet, no dresser or nightstand. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and full kitchen. But for the price I think more basic amenities could have been provided. Sleeps 10 but only 4 small rolls of toilet paper and 1 small roll of paper towels. No hand soap or dish liquid in kitchen, no coffee filters for coffee maker or any type of cleaning supplies to wipe down counters, etc. When you fly to a location you can’t really pack a lot and if you buy everything there, a lot goes to waste. All in all though, it was nice enough. Great location, right on the beach.

This property is perfectly located near the parking garage spots, the pool and the beach access! We had plenty of room for everyone and enjoyed our stay! There were a few minor cleaning details but nothing major. The furniture and decor was modern beach vibes and cute! The kitchen had most everything we needed and there was a pack n play and box fans in the master closet which were nice! There are sliding privacy cover doors on back porch that was a nice feature to keep the house cool while we were gone for the day! Overall a great trip in a great home!

We were a family of six the youngest being a toddler. Location was great. We were able to come and go to the beach easily which was super helpful with our youngest. View was good, you can see the ocean. The balcony is close to the pool area. The condo was clean when we got there and the kitchen was decently equipped. Overall it was a good experience. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Condo
Me and my family stayed here for 4th of July weekend and had a blast. The easy check in process made it super convenient getting in and out and its just steps from the beach. Very well kept and clean condo. Will definitely book again!!

New restaurant (Stewby's) was added since our last stay. It is right across the street and short wait times even though it is crowded. Food was good and very well priced. Nice to get a new favorite that doesn't require a drive into Destin.

Property was exactly what was advertised. We had stayed at Gulf Dunes a number of times and it did not disappoint us. Parking spot next to the stairs and unit right at the stairs was great for the unloading/loading of the car.
New restaurant (Stewby's) was added since our last stay. It is right across the street and short wait times even though it is crowded. Food was good and very well priced. Nice to get a new favorite that doesn't require a drive into Destin.

I would recommend this condo for family with smaller children nice view of the pool and lots of space. There is a few things that need attention. I would recommend that they provide a broom and a mop so we could keep things clean. I had to go buy one. They could provide more towels there wasn’t enough for everyone and I had to wash towels daily. I would also recommend they update there balcony furniture there wasn’t enough seating for a condo of this size and our family likes to eat out on the balcony. That’s what we like to go to the beach for the view. Over all it was nice.

I would also recommend they update there balcony furniture there wasn’t enough seating for a condo of this size and our family likes to eat out on the balcony. That’s what we like to go to the beach for the view. Over all it was nice.
