The condo is very well-equipped and the location is perfect as you can easily walk to everything in town. The bed was very comfortable making for a restful sleep. We did not rent a car and did not feel any need for one as there are two services that provide free rides around the area and just a tip for the driver is required and there is a bus to get to downtown St. Petersburg. The owner does a wonderful job of filling you in on everything and is very responsive if you have any questions. I would definitely recommend this property.

The property is perfect for a quiet beach getaway! It's located in a historic area and within walking distance of multiple restaurants and the beach is right across the street. Kitchen is fully stocked and I didn't need anything additional during my stay.
Quynh took care of a mistake I made during my reservation process quickly and efficiently and everything went smoothly.
Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

This was a perfect getaway for our family of four. Quynh is an exceptional host and clearly communicated everything before and during the trip. We are coffee drinkers and appreciated that we could use our two favorite methods- Keurig and French press. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the condo was exactly as described in the listing. We flew in from PA, so it was super convenient to not have to bring towels or anything for the beach other than a few toys. The extras (paper towels, a few trash bags, a few dishwasher pods, toilet paper, K cups) made it way less stressful after we hit some bumps in our travel and didn’t have time to do a grocery order that first night!
We had a very easy time feeding our family during the stay without using our rental car much. Instacart delivery from Publix was super easy, and the restaurants within walking distance were great. Our favorites were Paradise Grille (fast and affordable) and Paradise Sweets (for ice cream, snow cones, and coffee).
To those with small children or adults who need a short walk, please be assured that even with a street to cross, it is only a 2-3 minute walk down to the beach and water. We could easily go back and forth between meals/snacks, pop up rain showers, and naps without it being a big deal like it has been at other properties with a longer walk to the beach. This place is a GEM! We are already looking at dates to book the same exact condo before next summer to try it out during another season.

The condo is absolutely perfect. The location can’t be beat. It’s close to everything, but feels isolated. The restaurants and beach are steps away but you wouldn’t know it inside. The condo itself is perfect for a small family and has everything you need! And it was spotless. The area feels untouched and not touristy at all. The water is beautiful and perfect for shelling. We took a couple of day trips to other beaches in the area all beautiful. We will definitely be back.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was great again! The location is close to little stores and restaurants and the beach is right across the street! There’s a little patio to sit on with comfortable furniture to enjoy the sound of the ocean. The unit itself is immaculate. We love it there and hope to come again. Thank you Quynh!

We loved staying here! The condo was clean and had everything we needed and then some. The furniture was nice, sturdy, updated & comfortable. The Cindy Crawford microsuede couch was great to lounge on and our daughter slept well on the sleeper sofa. The king bed was comfortable with a nice mattress and didn’t make any squeaky noises. The sheets were super soft also, which I really appreciated. We really enjoyed all the extra blankets for snuggling with while lounging. It was great to have extra beach/pool towels provided since they get used so much. We definitely utilized the in unit washer/dryer. Being able to dry towels and swim suits quickly was great. The saltwater pool was nice to have right out the door and the water was warm. I also loved having a cordless stick vacuum in the unit so I could get the sand up as much as possible. We didn’t use the provided beach chairs and umbrellas as we brought our own, but it was nice to know they were there. The location of this unit was great being just across the street from the beach and we enjoyed walking around everywhere. Parking was never an issue as having the parking pass made it possible to park on the residential streets or on the metered streets. The AC in this unit was working very well, which was amazing to have. The ceiling fans and remotes were a great benefit too. All the instructions on checking in/out and anything else we needed to know were easy to understand. We enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend.

The home is very comfortable and equipped with everything imaginable -- and notes on how to use the tv remotes, hot water/cold water, etc. The king size bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. The living room furniture was perfect for relaxing and/or watching the big screen tv. The pool was very clean and heated. The home was spotless clean. Quynh is a great host!

This was our second time staying here at this location in Pass-a-Grille. We were just as satisfied this time as we were two years ago! Everything was as expected and beyond. Quynh is responsive and helpful. You won’t be sorry if you book this location. Right across from the beach and all beach necessities you could possibly need are there! Sitting on the porch is lovely and the pool is an added bonus as well. Busy location with this stores and restaurants so close but it’s fun to people watch, etc. We hope to be back!!

The setting of the property was PERFECT, just across the street from the beach AND right next to shops and restaurants. The place was immaculate - absolutely clean. The beachy theme throughout the place was very inviting. The owner went above and beyond with all the necessities and essential that you could want including beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. Instructions were in a neat binder of nearby shops and restaurants. The owner was very responsive prior to our visit and since EVERYTHING was labelled perfectly and easily understandable so we didn't need to ask the owner anything after we got there. Once we got there everything was at our fingertips so we just sat back, relaxed on the comfortable front porch and walked a few feet to see the sunset at the beach. Highly recommend this place ! Loved it! Will stay here again for sure if we go to St. Pete Beach.

Beach access directly across the road, coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Had all of the amenities including great beach chairs. Clean, quiet and tucked away from all of the touristy hotels on the main strip. I will be back again! :)

I have rented this condo twice (2021 & 2022). Both times the condo has been exactly as listed. It was clean and comfortable and stocked for all your needs. The good location provided easy access to the beach, the bay, restaurants and a very good ice cream shop, that’s just a few steps away. Quynh is a good host. She knows her job and does it very well.

The first time I stayed at a smaller condo but didn’t have any regrets - once seeing it showing up, I knew it was worth the money for the week. Reaching out for any needs, were met immediately & communication was always open. We stayed in the 1 bedroom, pull out couch unit with us 2 adults and our two daughters. Everything was supplied. Grocery store, fast food & restaurants were a short drive although there are ice creams and places to eat within steps from condo. Not a disappointment and would book again.

Location was perfect and the home was not only clean and beautiful but also had everything we needed and more. We’re already talking about when we can get back.
