Condo was clean and in a great location. Very peaceful place to stay. Host was very responsive to messages/questions/concerns. Beach view was beautiful. The only negative was the parking garage. It is very narrow so pull in and back out cautiously. Overall it is a great place to stay!!

We got to Florida a little early and asked about early check in- sent messages and called. No answer until 4 hours later. We got to the condo at our regular time and were given instructions for the "key" in a lockbox. Open the lockbox, no key. The door locks are coded now. Not a huge deal but the instructions were incorrect and we thought we didn't have a key to get in. The code in the message from the owner was one code, then you scroll down and it's a different code. Super confusing and not clear at all. The listing says "walk to the beach steps from the condo." Well that's not accurate anymore. Whoever bought the property has put a fence up behind the entire area. We had to walk 2 blocks for beach access. Again, fine for walking, but this is not what the property claimed we would be getting. The property was fine. Very dated inside, the coach had cushions under the cushions for support since it had clearly seen better days. We got 2 small trash bags for the entire week we were there for a family of 5. We ended up getting our own. We had a great time, just maybe a littl misled by the description and instructions given by the owner.

Beautiful clean place to stay and the easiest walk to the beach. 10/10 recommend and would stay again.

Two keys provided and only one key worked on the front door that got locked 🔐 n unit. No backup and no communications for 12 hours from property owner.
