The property was excellent! Lobin was great! I would highly recommend!

The only good thing about this house is the location. Not organized at all the closets are messy furniture are old bugs inside the house and wasps nests on three of the windows. The host was informed about the wasps nests didn’t do anything. Grass didn’t get mowed until the day we were leaving and we stayed there for a month. We will not return for sure

This is a great property away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas. However, it is close to great beaches and restaurants! Owner was super easy to communicate with and very responsive! Great property in a great area

My family and I had a great time and enjoyed staying here! It was very clean and accommodating for us. The location is great. I would highly recommend!

This house was exactly as described and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Wish more VRBOs were pet friendly but thankful this one was. Fenced backyard was great and my dog enjoyed the cool tile floor too. Appreciate the option of having a W/D and the provided beach accessories. Only issue was the WiFi info being outdated but this was resolved quickly. Lobin also connected me with a realtor so that I could look at homes while in the area. Would def recommend staying here!! Only 1.5 miles from beach ⛱

Great place for dog owners...tile/painted concrete floors if pet is accident prone (which our isn’t). Convenient to Beach and restaurants, and several appealing local attractions. Owner easily accessible and very accommodating.

Great neighborhood and location. Fenced in backyard was wonderful for our dog. The air conditioner worked well. The owner was very responsive to minor issues.

the property was disappointing given the cost for a month. My impression of the furnishings, linens, etc. was that they were left behind by a previous owner who abandoned / defaulted on the place and was picked up by someone on the cheap and rented out as it was. Lots of junk in the garage. The sun room is all windows but they were in terrible shape and you really couldn't see out thru them. Not great atmosphere . . .

We travel with our two little dogs. The fenced in yard was great for them to explore. We biked, walked and drove to many locations in Sarasota - the Legacy Walk in particular was a terrific place to bike. The house had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable.
