Friendly staff and clean comfortable room

Always like staying there. Usually comfortable and clean but not this visit. Staff was friendly and breakfast good but room wasn't

In all the times I've stayed there the rooms smell good and are clean. Stayed in 2nd floor. Carpet was nasty, room smelled like several people who worked in the sun and smoked just exited, and the wall in the shower was covered in whiskers/hair. The sugar packets for the coffee had been opened and shoved back in a cup. Told staff. She said she would take care of the issue but no offer for a discount. Never had this experience

Location. Value.

The room smelled like sweat. The carpet was dirty. There was no regular coffee in the room, only decaf. Had to ask for regular coffee and toilet paper as well.

Everything was good!

Location. Lots of parking. Convince to other places

Dirty. Inside and out. Room had hairs all over bathroom when we arrived. Stained carpets in room and halls. Ice machine leaking and dripping all over the hall.

Staff was very friendly, especially the young lady on the desk at check in. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of outlets for electronics. Breakfast choices included hot and cold items.

A/C in the room was noisy. There were no towel bars for hanging used towels. No grab bars to aid in getting in/out ofthe shower, making it hazardous. Perhaps most disturbing was the 2 washcloths still on the shower bar that were there from previous guests. That, coupled with the fact that the beds had a slept in look upon arrival into the room, makes one wonder what may have gone on in the room. Or it was just sloppy housekeeping.
