Good location to beach easy to find swimming pools were nice .caravan was clean and tidy

Caravans were close together , check in times are late 4pm and leaving times are early 10am not all facilities are free when your in the park restricted swimming and booking . On arrival had difficulty booking in as didn't have road no and caravan no on booking confirmation so didn't actually get in caravan till 6 after queuing and trying to sort info then had no hot water had to have them out boiler kept losing pressure so every morning water was cold and golf course was closed due to road works and we also thought that the caravan had hot tub and balcony to which it just had muddy puddle out side door so quite disappointing

Clean and comfy

No Wi-Fi as phone reception was bad , no basic essentials, hot just one toilet roll for a family of 7, and other essentials like sugar , salt, dish/hand wash ,wiping cloths should at least be provided

I had to leave after 1day ruined our holiday I will never book with use again we paid £755 for a week and went home after 1 day

The facilities and caravan

In general the staff where friendly and helpful

I didn't like the fact it caused me 3/4 hours of stress and anxiety because the security couldn't find my booking, could contact hoeseasons for advice. Then finally the staff had my booking in a envelope and could of easily sorted this out if they asked for my name and not a confirmation code I didn't receive

Nothing we booked a van with a hot tub and veranda but didn't get either very disappointed

Although it's not in your control webhad a meal ordered for delivery they insisted it was We never received it

The caravan was lovely and clean the location was lovely nice and quiet shop on site was really good and not expensive good arcade and club too really enjoyed our stay there.
