My wife and I stayed at this nice home for the month of January 2021. We could not have asked for anything better. Golf course is in the back yard and the home comes with a Golf Cart. So in just a 3 minute drive from the house to the course and we were ready to play. And the January special pricing was unbelievable. We Certainly would look at this home for a future stay. This property was absolutely 100% a marvelous VRBO for our month long stay in Chandler. Our communications with the owners was perfect from start to finish. The par 60 golf course was available for us to play, was in great shape and the proshop staff very friendly. The home was clean, had comfortable beds, great TV, we loved the location with the back yard facing west to the golf course and great sunsets. The owner was kind enough to let us use the golf cart which was a big benefit for use when we golfed at the course. We want to give a shout out to the resturant at the Oakwood Country Club-and Cottonwood CC, the takeout food was a great and was very reasonably priced. Book it, you will be happy you did:)

We really enjoyed our 2 month stay. We've stayed at different homes the past four years; and this home has been the best home we've stayed in so far. This home was very well equiped; and we would stay there again.

The home was very clean and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and included much more than just the basic kitchenware. The owners were very kind and always very quick to respond. Sunsets were amazing. We had a great stay!

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood in Sun Lakes, AZ. The property is located on a golf course and is close to great walking areas around the lakes. It has access to a clubhouse with swimming pools, hot tub, tennis, restaurant and lots of activities. The home was very clean, comfortable, well set up and is accurately depicted. We moved our personal items in and it was like being home while we were there. The owner provided a very nice list of information on access, TV, Internet and local activities. Contact with the owner was good. Check In/Check Out was flawless. We would definitely stay again.

We rented this house for our grown children so they could visit for Christmas and enjoy AZ winter weather. The golf cart was a big extra. Dealing with children, grown or not is like herding cats. Bob and Karen were very helpful when we had to change some plans. This will be my first choice when we need to do this again.

The property surpassed our expectations from the photos. The layout is clean, modern and has everything you may need. Bob and Karen answered questions quickly. After having a golf cart available, we wouldn’t rent without one. Sun Lakes is a warm and welcoming community without a lot of traffic. The property backs up to hole #1 so it’s a short 3 minute ride to the driving range and excellent short game area. We highly recommend this property and location.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable house right on the golf course. The location is so convenient to the Activity Center (pool, pickle ball, workout room, tennis & restaurant). Highlights of the house were the fully equipped kitchen & large master suite with that awesome bathroom! Nicely done! We hope to make a return visit!

This home is just great. Had everything we needed, was clean, updated and comfortable. The owners are very easy to work with. We are looking forward to staying at the house again.

This was our second stay at 9259 and again we loved it. The benefits of having all the domestic amenities on site are so much more economic and such a convenience in comparison with staying at a hotel. Being golfers, having the use of the golf cart is a major bonus and the cart is also the preferred mode of transport around the "phases" of Sun Lakes. The golf course location of the property is ideal and our temporary neighbours were both delightful company and willingly assisted with our queries regarding our everyday living.

Great home on a golf course. Nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. My stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this Home.

This is a clean, comfortable and well kept property on the golf course. A golf cart was included and we especially liked the nice King size bed and in the master bedroom and a recliner in the living room. We would love to stay here again sometime.

The house was spotlessly clean, 100% functional, with the added bonus of a great location overlooking the golf course and the golf cart included in the rental price. There really isn't anything else to add as everything required was perfectly catered for.

This home is situated close to shopping, that will be required, for food and fuel during your stay. The neighbors are great people and the neighborhood is quiet. The property has an orange tree.and grapefruit tree that provide great fruit for the table. There is a golf cart for golfers or just cruising the area and a closed garage for it and your vehicle. There is an ample supply of kitchen supplies and equipment plus a barbeque grill and covered patio. Very cozy.

We enjoyed our time very much at Bob and Karen's home. Everything is very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms and lovely. Their home backs on to the golf course and there is outdoor seating and barbeque available. We highly recommend this lovely home. Dennis and Tommi
