Das Nirvana Vista Estate ist ein herrliches 54 Hektar großes Anwesen mit weitläufigen angelegten Gärten und atemberaubendem Panoramablick auf das Hunter Valley. Das geräumige Gehöft mit 7 Schlafzimmern bietet Platz für bis zu 20 Gäste, und wir verfügen über einen Veranstaltungsraum, in dem bis zu 120 Gäste Platz für einen Empfang zum Sitzen finden. Unser Grundstück ist umgeben von Weingütern. In den wärmeren Monaten können die Gäste den Pool im Erdgeschoss exklusiv nutzen. In den kühleren Monaten stehen Ihnen ein Whirlpool und zwei Innen-Whirlpools zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und das Esszimmer bietet Platz für bis zu 20 Personen. Zur Unterhaltung haben wir einen Grill, Kabel-TV, einen Billardtisch und Tischtennis. Ein Spaziergang durch die herrlichen Gärten ist eine Freude, die Sie nicht verpassen sollten!

Dennis was great at communicating prior to our arrival. Upon arriving we were blown away with the property and house. There was more than enough space & bathrooms for everyone!
The alfresco area was spacious, and the 5 hole golf was a hit!! Loved waking up to seeing the yard full of kangaroos and also being able to walk down and feed the sheep & baby lambs!
We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a large family stay or small wedding! Location & views are phenomenal

The check in process was very easy as instructed by the property owner. Enjoyed a nice couple of days relaxing and enjoying the entire property. Would definitely recommend this slice of heaven!

We fell in love with the spectacular views in the photos and we weren't disappointed when we arrived for our family weekend away.
Our group consisted of 3 generations, grandparents, children & grandchildren. There were so many seating areas inside & outside that catered for our large group. The outside undercover area was large enough to seat our group plus have room for dancing & games.
The gardens are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Kangaroos visited in the late afternoon which was pretty special, especially if you're from the city.
Each of the bedrooms were spacious enough to fit portacots for our grandchildren. And having 4 bathrooms meant no lining up for showers or baths plus there was plenty of hotwater.
A great place for a weekend away with a large family. Hopefully we'll be able to organise a return visit in summer so we can enjoy the pool and hot tub.

So happy with this place! Each of the rooms had air con for when it got hot, the pool was awesome! The views here are amazing! Would absolutely recommend this place and might even come back for a family function! Thanks Dennis!

We came with my extended family for my mums 70th birthday. We had ages from 1-75 years old and everyone had a great time.
Property exactly as advertised. Clean, well set up for groups.
We loved the outdoor entertaining area. Kids loved the pool and the property left a lot of rooms for games.
Dennis called right after check in to make sure we had everything.
Highly recommend.

Property was fantastic for our family group. Property had everything we needed. Good outdoor area with pool and spa. Grounds were amazing. BBQ was a little hard to light and gas bottle was empty when we arrived though there was a spare.

I can't explain how blown away our group was when we arrived to Nirvana Vista. The house is incredible and the grounds and views are breath-taking. Both far exceed how good they look in the photos. Dennis is an excellent host and we could not have had a better stay.
We would highly recommend Nirvana Vista and I hope to stay there again in the future.

The house worked perfectly for our family get together; warm, fully equipped and ample fire wood. We stayed over the June long weekend, -2 outside, fire place inside. Beautiful.

This property is amazing
This property presents exactly as its advertised. We had a wonderful stay in a home that was super clean and super equipped. We had 9 children with us and there are so many things for them to do and keep active. I have stayed at this property 4 time previously and I will stay there again. The location and the comfort of the property is unmatched at the hunter.

Great property and setting which can easily accomadate large numbers of adults and kids. The kids loved the tranquil setting and wildlife that were at the door in the mornings.

We loved our stay, the grounds are amazing with plenty of different entertaining areas. The pool and spa were lovely. The only thing that is different from the website listing is the bedding configuration, all rooms except the Master have one queen bed and one single bed in each. Thank you we will be back!

A wonderful weekend away
Pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Nirvana Estate. Well maintained, plenty of space (we had 13) and very helpful & attentive property manager. Great views and plenty of spots to relax. It had everything we needed to make for a great weekend away.

Amazing view inside and out
The house is stunning. Photos do not do the property justice. Property manager is very receptive even when you accidently lock one of the bathrooms shut and don't have keys to open it. Will be back.

Wonderful stay in the Hunter Valley
We had a wonderful weekend at Nirvana, the house is HUGE and very clean with every you need. The gardens are immaculate, the BBQ, pool & disco jacuzzi were our favourite places to hangout but there's a huge ballroom & snooker room if you prefer indoor fun. Kangaroos running around the garden morning & night! The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are all massive, its not the most uber modern high tech house available in the area but that made us all feel more at home and not walking on eggshells! Dennis was great to deal with, he was very kind & chilled out so we recommend this house for anyone heading to the Hunter with friends & family :)

Huge house
Have stayed here a few times and keep coming back every year. Had a ball plenty of room to spread out and not be under everyone’s feet.

Fantastic property
Great place for a catch up for our group.
We had 4 families with 8 kids and there was still spare beds.
The kids loved the spa pool as did the adults and the location is brilliant, close to all wineries and golf courses.
Dennis is super prompt with all responses and was a perfect host.
We will return next year ,😃

Lovely place and helpful host
We had approximately 18 people staying here over 2 nights. The place was perfect - great size and plenty of room for activities. We had a little bit of trouble with the plumbing when we started, but Dennis helped us resolve it with little headache.
Would definitely recommend this property.

A wonderful relaxing weekend was had by all our guests, this weekend was for my mother's 80th Birthday & she had a wonderful time. The house suited everyone from Mum & Dad, to their children, grandchildren & great grandchildren, lots of room for everyone. Plenty of land for the children to run around & wear themselves out, also great excitement seeing the kangaroos & emu as well.
I would recommend this property to any group of people wanting a great Hunter Valley get away.

A fabulous place to stay
We had a lovely family weekend at Nirvana Vista Estate with 13 people and had a lovely time. Very generous areas to spread out with loads of bedrooms for all. The pool and Jacuzzi were a hit and even watching the sunsets with kangaroos everywhere was just wonderful. Dennis was wonderful to deal with and would recommend to anyone.

Perfect Family gathering!
Nirvana was the perfect location for our family Christmas gathering. The home was fantastic. Very spacious with lots of quaint spots to sit with a cuppa, inspiring views over the Hunter region, beautiful and uniquely decorated, comfortable and cool in December, lots of entertainment including the Pool, outdoor hot tub, pool table, beautiful gardens to stroll around, and a huge kitchen with so much equipment to cater for our group of 20.Communcation was fantastic and Dennis is so accommodating, with care and willingness to please. Everyone was so happy at Nirvana and I feel I made a great choice. I highly recommend staying at Nirvana. Thank you!
