We rented this Vrbo not realizing the hospitality that would be included. The property manager was always available as he seems to manage the marina. He even offered to start a bonfire for us! This property is gorgeous and the rental was amazing, pictures on the site just so not do it justice. It was well worth the money and we all want to rent that place again! There was plenty of rooms and beds for all of us gals. We had a great time hanging out by the river and on the many patios. I cannot say enough good things about this rental and Pat's attentiveness.

Our family really enjoyed this rental. Very quiet and Pat the on-site care taker was so friendly and helpful. The deck was large and a nice retreat.

There were 10 beds available for guests. The downstairs was an open floor plan which was perfect for the kids. Upstairs 3 private bedrooms for the adults.

This was a wonderful space for our work team to hold a planning retreat.

Property and location was great, right on the marina and the owner was very accommodating with a same day boat rental. There were some spills in the fridge and cobwebs in the bathroom, but otherwise the living space was well kept. Great big table in the dining area to sit around and visit. Also has a nice big deck with propane fire pit. Be sure to bring toiletries as we ran out of toilet paper and there were no paper towels on hand.

We loved this property and would rent it again. Fantastic outdoor spaces to hang out. Big dining room that accommodated our large family. Comfy beds and plenty of them. Nicely decorated in a nautical theme. Plenty of spots to sit and relax. The caretaker, Pat was fantastic. He lives in a separate apartment below the house and was very unobtrusive. He hooked us up with fire wood and kayaks. Super nice guy. Being at the marina was interesting. Tons of boats and people to watch. Absolutely loved our stay

Quick hits, as we’re all still a bit sun drunk from our weekend adventure. The accommodations were far more spacious than the pictures would indicate. Two families (8 people total) had plenty of room to sleep, lounge, play, and live it up for our long weekend. Pat was an incredibly helpful host who was always running around doing marina things. We never saw Jodi during our stay, but she was still responding to vrbo messages throughout our stay, (We dropped the ball on a pontoon rental, waiting until a couple weeks prior to our stay to look around, and everything was booked up) and was gracious enough to offer to captain us around on her pontoon (for a few, but still a nice offer). Kids had a blast in the yard, adults absolutely loved the patio, and we had a fantastic time. Took the bike path into Stillwater, did all sorts of Stillwater things (beautiful town), checked out the “boom site” on a tip from Pat, and had an altogether glorious time. And the marina dog (Beebee?) was a sweetheart. No complaints.

Caretaker stays in the end section of lower house. I had conversation with the property owner as I hadn’t been specific enough I didn’t think about who my guests were (kids). She was very helpful.

We rented this property for a bachelorette weekend. We had 12 girls here and everyone was perfectly comfortable. The pictures on here do not do the cabin justice. The accommodations were great and Jodi and Pat were excellent to work!
