The property was as advertised in every respect. Special recognition to Janine, property manager, who went above and beyond to assist me with luggage when my physical disability prevented me from handling it myself.

The property was well cared for and exceeded our expectations. Janine was wonderful and was very helpful with everything. The location was fantastic, right on the beach with wonderful views and walks.

Wonderful location, private walkway from the house directly to the beach which is spectacular.. Older home, functional kitchen with dishwasher, laundry on lower level. Clean and comfortable. Property manager lives in separate part of the house. Would definitely come back!

A wonderful retreat to spend time with family and enjoy the beach. Through all kinds of weather (mist, sun, rain, more sun) the sound of the surf was powerful and calming. Close to Tofino yet felt away from it all. Bright and comfortable home, with lovely large rooms, huge vaulted ceilings and stellar views from all living spaces and primary bedroom. Everything we needed was right there. So appreciated Janine's inobtrusive yet kind and helpful assistance. We'd definitely stay at Seapsray again!

Loved the location and we had no issues during our stay, for the area it is a reasonable price and we had two good sized rooms. Quite a few stairs we had to block off for toddler in between rooms, but that was a problem specific to us! Quite a lot of directive notes but I guess each to their own.

This house was built in the 70's and has all original finishes: cedar accent walls and cedar sloped ceiling, wood floors, original retro-cool countertops and linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom. We loved it! We felt so relaxed and comfortable there. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. A caretaker lived on site, but we always felt that we had complete privacy, and when we did need something, they were very helpful. And what a treat to enjoy the ocean view, and just walk down to the beach whenever we felt like it. And to dip in the hot tub after getting cold in the ocean. Sunsets were magnificent, and the stars! Tip: check what time of day the moon sets, if in the late evening, you can get a great view of it disappearing into the ocean. Reminder: anywhere in Tofino, they're on water advisories for much of summer, so must use sparingly.

Beautiful space. We’ll equipped. Comfortable beds. Lots of books. Could not have new better on a great walking/surfing beach. Highly recommended
