The views are spectacular, the property is perfect for our group, many of the other resorts are filled with college party’s, but ours was quiet and staff was all so friendly! Run don’t walk to Cabo! We absolutely loved our vacation. Only sad part was leaving!

This is a great property! The owner was remarkably helpful prior to the trip and the property was awesome. Great view. The place is actually better than the pictures and the location is terrific. Highly recommend this place if you want to go to cabo.

This villa is amazing!! Great views, awesome patio, every amenity you could think of is supplied for you in the villa. Susan is wonderful and a great communicator. Oscar made us margaritas and guacamole upon our arrival - fantastic! We will definitely be back.

From the moment we walked into the beautiful lobby and check in with ease we knew this was a nice property. Once we arrived at our room it was huge and beautifully decorated, we had separator doors to each bedroom suites with a center living area and the view of the arches was right outside our slider. We then met Oscar who was there to make us some fresh margaritas, guacamole, and pico! This was a great way to start off our trip while we unpacked. Susan had everything you could need and more. The condo was well stocked and just comfortable. We will be back!

Our trip was nothing short of amazing from the time we arrived on site. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff is the best. Everyone is very friendly and so helpful. If you need anything at all there is someone to help you. The condo is more than what you would expect. Susan and Alan have thought of everything. All you need is to come and enjoy. The condo is clean and very comfortable. It has absolutely everything you need to truly enjoy your time here. If you like to cook and eat at home you will have everything you need. All you need is to pick up the groceries you want. The views form the balcony are gorgeous and the beach is steps away from your door. The pool area is also wonderful. We did spend many hours soaking in the pool and enjoyed every moment. This vacation has truly been the best. A special thank you to Susan for being the best host we could ask for. We are already working on plans for our next visit!

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this villa. The host, Susan, was super attentive and was prompt in answering any questions I had. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and is well-equipped with everything you can think of and then some. We were greeted by Oscar who made us delicious margaritas, chips, pico and guacamole and took care of us the whole stay. Inez kept the villa spotless! Proximity to downtown was great and the resort is peaceful and relaxing. We cannot wait to come back again! You cannot go wrong booking this wonderful villa!

The unit was amazing - I have never seen a more well “stocked” unit. At check in we were welcomed by a lovely man named Oscar who made us margarita and fresh salsa and guacamole. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need and the pantry was well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Great touches like makeup remover wipes, even a computer in the unit. I would not hesistate to book again. Susan was very responsive, as was her concierge team.

This place is beautiful!! The host Susan, as well as her staff, go out of their way to make this the perfect vacation. Very well stocked in the kitchen, comfy beds and beautiful furniture inside and out. The pool staff was great too.

Everything was top notch. Can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. We were welcomed by Oscar with margaritas, guacamole and pico. So yummy! The owners have their own friendly staff who were all amazing. Restaurants that were recommended were so good. We felt safe and the hotel staff was very friendly, attentive and first class customer service. The condo was spacious, generously stocked and beautifully furnished. The beds were beyond comfortable and Enez’s daily housekeeping service exceeded expectations. We definitely plan to return to this 5 star Tivoli condo.

I can't say enough about Susan's gorgeous condo. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were staying at a friend's place. Susan arranged a wonderful welcome with freshly made margaritas (from scratch), guacamole, pico de gallo and chips. The view from the balcony is fabulous and we enjoyed many nights talking under the stars. Susan has thought of every detail and anything you might need. Her staff help arrange transportation and restaurant reservations. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the nights are quiet. It was a wonderful time. Thank you Susan!

This was our third time at Villa Estancia and our first via VRBO. We will ONLY stay in Susan’s unit in the future. Beautifully decorated, well appointed, Argelia and Oscar took wonderful care of us and Susan is great with communication. Thank you!!!
